I've had it for a few months, and I love it! It's got all the great little random things you forget to look for like the sun visor that extends when you put it to the side....gas mileage is great, lots of room in front, back and cargo area. Smooth ride, decent sound system....not a vehicle for you if you want a lot of power accelerating. My first GM vehicle, and I love it! Definitely hooked on the On Star and XM now.......read morehide

I bought the LS all wheel drive with the four cylinder. I needed a reliable all wheel drive with high gas milage. I have been averaging approximately 27 mpg in average driving (combination of highway and city) . Plenty of room for family of five.I have been happy with my choice.
The vehicle cost me 20,272.00 out the door tax and title inclueded.
I thought that was a good deal. If I have the dealer change the oil and rotate the tires, he will replace the tires free when worn!...read morehide

I now look forward to driving to work. I just pop in the CD and cruise. It feel like I am gliding through traffic. I have owned many cars and this is first GM model. Obviously Chevy is trying very hard to win back buyers. Very nice, solid vehicle. I like it more with each trip.

I had been in the market for an SUV crossover vehicle. Truth of the matter is that I had a hard time getting my hands on one of these vehicles in my region. I had been looking for well over a month before I was able to get my hands on one.
Although I wanted the 1LT model I ended up with the LS model, but I am not disappointed in the least.
I keep the vehicle in ECO mode the whole time. While this makes the shifting a bit weird in comparison to what I am used to, it doesn't bother me enough that I don't want to save on the gas mileage.
It is important to note that I have not reached the estimated gas milage that has been advertised. Since I purchased the SUV I am averaging 24.9 MPG in ECO mode. It should be noted that I do take rather long trips once a week (4 hours each way). The best MPG rating I have gotten is 27.9. While this is not the fuel economy that was advertised it is still great in comparison with other vehicles.
Though the LS model is the "lowest" model trim type available it does come with power locks, windows, and, as many reviews have pointed out, a great sound system that helps decrease the noise that usually comes with having a 4-cylinder engine. The XM radio, auxilary jack, and plenty of ac power outlets are a big plus for me.
I love the over all spaciousness of the interior and comfort of the seats as well....read morehide

I don't know where people get off saying that chevy doesn't make a good car and is not reliable. I had a camaro that had 330,000 miles before I sold it. Bought a colorado, only changed the oil and rear brakes and tires after I totalled it with 110,000miles. Bought the new equinox LT1 awd never had a problem it has all the features anyone would need. Handles good in bad weather good gas milage and I can still tow my waverunner. The only problem is everyone wants to drive in it when we go out anywhere because of all the space and comfort it has inside so I always have to drive....read morehide

I have owned two Equinoxes and have had the same front end problem with both of them. At 20000 miles I have had to replace both front wheel bairings and plus front rotors and pads. My other vehicles have no such problems.

I love the style and color and the ride. The safety features and the ease of accessing components. The angled dash makes for convenience and well thought out. Lots of room and love the back seat that moves. Plenty of storage space and leg room. Nice car for the price and the service and attention during purchase was more than excellent! I have been averaging 26.6 gas and that is pretty good during stop and go and in the city....read morehide

I've had this for 3 months and absolutely love it. Had to get rid of a full-size Chevy truck for a family vehicle, but I wanted the option to still sit high above the front-end and get good gas mileage. We got the 4-cylinder which is relatively quite unless you use the economy button which makes it a tad louder, but still quiter than our Honda accord 4. Word to the ladies: when you wear shorts or skirts with the bubbled cloth interior your legs end up looking the same way(we look like a walking beehive :) . I need to get seat covers because of this. Otherwise I just love it! A great vehicle for first time parents. Enough room for a kid or too, a dog in the back(our St. Bernard but then it will be time for the Chevy traverse. We recommend a trailer hitch or the racks to get more space for luggage, tents etc. FYI: we got 34mpg on a 3 hour highway drive, we average 28otherwise....read morehide

I've had my 210 Nox for about two months now and I do like it. The average MPG I see is about 28, which is still really good for a car like this. You do have to get used to the Eco mode setting. This economy mode gives you the better gas mileage, but in order to do it it makes the gas pedal sluggish so you can't stomp on the power and it makes the car coast a lot. Taking the car out of ECO mode in traffic makes a difference.
There is a side rear window on the car, but they used so much of it up with black trim that it makes the window almost useless and creates a big blind spot.
The car has adjustable rear seats which is really nice. You can have a lot of leg room for passengers or move them up for more flat storage area with the seats down. However this is no rear air conditioning for the passengers, but the front air works well enough to get back there....read morehide

Had to factory order mine 5 weeks ago, at that time the only Equinox's in my area were 1LS models. We went with the 2LT with a sunroof and steel mocha paint. We traded in our 2007 Avalance (that we loved) for this and I have not been disapointed, although the Avalance had a better ride it only got 16 M.P.G. Had this vehicle for about a week now, fuel mileage seems to be on par with E.P.A. est. My only complaint( not a complaint of the vehicle) is that I should have got the LTZ package, the same time our truck came in another customers Mocha steel with blk/brown leather Ltz came in and all I can say is WOW, what a nice looking vehicle, oh well maybe next time....read morehide
