I am 63 years old and have bought and leased many vehicles. My Ford Flex ranks in the top 5 vehicles I have had. I am a big person and the front seat is very comfortable. There is plenty of power for my driving needs and handling is good. Carrying capacity is great and I always have extra room for my trips. Incredible vehicle! Interior trim is downright oppulent compared to the Ford sedans at the same SEL level. Sync is a must have feature, if you plan on using this vehicle as a family hauler. The stock 265 horsepower engine is phenominal. I wish logistics would have allowed for us to wait for the 2010 AWD with Ecoboost 360 horsepower engine, which offers the same gas mileage!...read morehide

This is my first American car. Prior to this, I had always bought Honda's. Quality: The fit and finish is excellent. Syle: People either love this or hate it, but we love it! Economy: We just took the Flex on several weekend trips, averaging over 25 mpg. Considering this has about 5X's the carrying capacity of my Accord (which gets 27 mpg), you can't beat that. Comfort: With four boys in our family all over 6'2", this is the first car that will allow us all to ride in comfort. The rear seats are just as comfortable as the front.
