great ride, I traded a Honda Fit, and my new Focus is much better ride over the Honda. Love the voice activated sync system in the focus for the phone, usb and services. Also, like that Ford turned down the government hand outs, and Ford made it throught the rough times on their own.

I went looking for a used car for my first buy (i usually lease) but with used car prices what they are today i couldn't afford not to buy this. I love this car. I hate to be cliche but it really is the most "bang for your buck." It made me not miss my 06 Mustang... too much.

Absolutely love my new focus, Down sized from a 2006 dodge ram Mega cab diesel 4x4. Saving close to $400 a month between payment, gas and insurance. I am getting a consistant 38.5 MPG with a 60 mile a day commute 4 days a week. Love the sangria red and got the windows done in a dark tint that looks amazing.

Shifting the manual 5 speed is effortless and this car should be in every drivers ed class to learn how to drive a stick. Plenty of room inside, Not a muscle car but outstanding everyday transportion.

Ford won me over with the financeing and the rebates that Honda and Toyota laughed in my face about. + its nice to support an American car company. I also like the style and the interior much better than the formentioned. Consumer reports rated it a best buy and I am so glad I went with Ford...

I traded in a 40,000.00 F150 - 06, with 3352 miles on it. I bought my 08 SE Sedan 31,000 Miles on it. I don't drive that much any more, but when I use my Focus, it's everything I could ask for in a car. I get great MPG average 36.7 freeway and town. I got 15mpg with the F150 4x drive.

they say it is an intermidate size car, but I think it is a compact. About 27 mpg with the auto. I would preffer the manual with a 4 cylinder engine. The transmission always likes to drop down a gear at high way speeds. The sounds system was very respectable. Seats are hard on the back. The suspension didn't help for the ride either. Have the manuel transmision. This car moves much faster than other small cars I have owned. In KY and Tenn this car never paused when driving the hills with a full load of people and gear. My wife and I did not feel cramped or tired being in this car on a long trip.

This is my first American car. I had a Toyota Corolla and a Nissan Sentra before. I am amazingly happy with this one. I love my 2008 Focus. I bought it w/ 15K mileage and saved a lot and had tons of expensive upgrades and also got 4 yrs of the orig. warranty. It has great cargo space. As to the interior design, well I bought some cute seat covers and everyone loves it now. Mileage in the suburbs is 28mpg. I drive 50 miles back and forth a day and it is perfect for my use. So they say the back seats aren't too comfortable. Well, I don't use them much so why pay for something I am not really using. Front seats are great and my kid nephew is perfectly happy in the back. CD systems and sync are great. I could not be happier. An inside trunk opener would be nice but I can live w/out it. A/C is great, too. I am not using it on the race track so the need for 0-100 mph is just not necessary...read morehide
