We needed to get a vehicle that was pet-friendly. While shopping for "traditional" style vehicles we came upon the Transit. The odd shape didn't deter us as we just cared about the ease of being able to take our pets in it. It is roomy with the seats pushed up...would prefer that they were removable...as I would in the crossover vehicles too! There needs to be more options for folks who opt to use it as a passenger van, as opposed to a working vehicle. Super mileage...price for all the "bells and whistles" not bad at all, but of course there aren't that many to opt for.
