Wake up americans, lots of good cars out there, the problem is the Axxhole dealerships, that insult your intelligence by adding on doc/adm. fees. Dealers who will screw you on the sale are just lubing you up for the $90. per hr in later days. Frequently they will chg. you an hr. labor for 20 min.work that you probably didn"t need at all. Serv. Mgrs/serv.advisors make bonus on cust. pay repairs. Get up and head for door the minute they tru the add on doc fee,guarentee they will descide to drop it. Its just a dealer rip off. Have purshased over 20 new autos since 1990 when they first started this crap @ $40. and hav paid one yet. Better yet, find you a dlr. outside of larger citys and normally no fees & honest serv....read morehide

2007 sonata has too many problems . Every 3 months a light goes out. I've replaced all of the lights. The value is horrible and I'm trading it in asap for acura tl. But the engine has great power other than electrical problems the car is a plus . Dnt get it. I will never buy another hyundai....read morehide

I have a 2006 Sonata with 35000 miles on it. It is the LX version w/ leather trim and 6 cylinder engine. Great sound system, etc. I get 25-26 on the highway. I have had zero problems with the car. My 6 cyl has great pep... even at 70 mph when you hit the gas, it jumps. I will definitely buy another Sonata. The car has little wind noise. However, there is one major negative issue: Road Noise. This is one of the noisiest cars I've ever owned out on the highway. The tires sound like they are in the cabin with you. Still, overall, Sonata is a great little car!...read morehide

This review is for a 2008 Sonata, 4 cyl. Great on gas, 32MPH on highway, great warranty, free roadside assistance for 5 years, (can't beat that) love the safety features, (side air bags). With 2 small children, good to have. It's been a great car for my family. I wouldn't hestaite to buy another one. My folks have a 2004 Hyundai XG350 and some friends of theirs have a Santa Fe and they all love their Hyundai's. Someone else I know has two Sonata's. Hyundai is building a rep the likes of Toyota & Honda. They're making really nice cars that are affordable, safe, and fun to drive. Also, the sales dept. and service dept. have been exceptional to us. Hope they keep it up!...read morehide

I am very satisfied with my Sonata. Considering the price and the amount and quality of features that come standard, this is the best sedan for a daily commuter you could ask for, in my opinion.

The only complaint I have is with the fuel economy. I believe, and I'm no expert, that highway mileage is suffering due to the transmission. The tranny appears to stay constantly engaged, even when power isn't needed. I can drop it into neutral going downhill on the highway and maintain speed, but if left in gear there is a great deal of engine breaking. I would have thought Hyudai engineers would have programmed the transmission a little better. Maybe a future model will have an economy mode that will do this?...read morehide

My review isn't about a 2010 model but, an '07 model. I purchased it new in april '07, and I must say, it's the best vehicle I have ever owned. Haven't had to take it in for any problems. The fuel pump went out at 64,000 miles leaving me stranded. The repair by the dealership cost $904. Too much money for the job. I have doubts about the cost to own this vehicle now that it is out of warranty.

Styling is as good as any other Mid Size car, Quality is as good or better than most, and fuel economy is the greatest. We have a V6 and get 34 - 35 on the freeway and 22 - 23 in the city (mountain region). Highly recomment this automobile for anyone that desires a quality built Mid Size car.Other manufacturers has best take notice....read morehide
