Upon introduction, the XK Coupe is equipped with a standard 5.0-liter, V8, 385-horsepower engine that achieves 16-mpg in the city and 24-mpg on the highway. The XKR Convertible is equipped with a standard 5.0-liter, V8, 510-horsepower, supercharged engine that achieves 15-mpg in the city and 22-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims.
