I was really impressed with this Jeep. I thought it would be like any other jeepl, but it is not. Very comfortable ride. The bucket seats hold you very tight. I am sure that would be great for the trails. I did not take it off the road. Back seat has leg room and head room, but the 3rd room is probably for the kids. Also equipped with rear heating controls.
I didn't like the power seat contorls area. you have to squeeze your arm between the seat and the door, probably better to adjust your seat with the door open. Also the 3rd row seat blocks the view through the rear window. If there is anything behind you, it will be to late to stop. Probably why they are equipped with reverse park aid. That is a neat feature. looking in your mirror you will see a light show, showing how close to the object you are.
With the 3.7L v-6 will get you moving, but it is not a hemi. with the estimated 17mpg it might be more fun to get the hemi.
The sound system was very clean sounding. Could use a little more lows, and the volume only goes to 35, and I found that I was listening to 25, so not much more volume if you are driving with the windows down. Only 2 power points up front, and one is Key on power.
This had the 4 speed auto trans, with the +- shifter. This would stay in whatever gear you have it in. good for towing and off roading.
The Jeep reminds me of a hummer in looks, but doesn't handle like one, that is for sure....read morehide
