The Avalon has plenty of room and rides quite and smooth as a luxury car should ride. With plenty of power, this Avalon is very economical to drive.

Have been driving this car for a little over a year and we have had no problems with it at all. It has excellent acceleration, super smooth ride and the mpg on the highway is 31 mpg and I am not joking and that is with the v-6 driving 70 mph. Only regret is that we didn't get a Limited. This has been a great car. I have have it for about 1 year and have drives 30k miles. No issues other than a few rattles/ buzzes that were remedied by the dealer. Great gas mileage with an incredibly comfortable ride. Many features of much more expensive luxury cars at a much lower price. I don't understand why Toyota doesn't market this car more. I would highly recommend this car to anyone wanting a comfortable, dependable, efficient car.

The exterior could be more sporty or appealing, but you don't see it when you are driving, and the interior more than makes up for any exterior deficits. My 2008 shifts and accelerates well. Easy handle in traffic....read morehide

I love my Avalon. Bought it new and have had it 4 years now and no problems.
Plan on buying another Avalon in a couple of years.
Very comfortable, dependable and I like the way it looks inside and out.
Everyone comments on how nice it is.

Pros

Excellent in all areas - never given me one problem - change the oil every 3,000 miles

Cons

only get 20 miles/gallon city, 30/gallon hwy.

I've had my Avalon for 5 years & it's never given me one problem. I haven't had to put a dime into it for any service besides regular maintenance such as oil changes & transmission fuel. Fast & smooth ride, great transmission.
