The 2007 Camry XLE V6 AT is the most comfrortable and enjoyable car I've ever owned. I previously owned the first generation purchased new in the 1980's. Next was a new 1993 Camry. Now I own a 2007 XLE V6 AT purchased as a Toyota Certified Used Car in 2008. The car had low mileage and I purchased the platinum 6 yr warranty which covers everything. Toyota will only go so far with the Camry, as not to infringe on Lexus ES 350 territory. But it's obvious the 2007 Camry overall underpinnings are Lexus. This latest gen. Camry has the solid, refined feel of quality. The only complant I have is a single rub-rattle in one spot where the dash meets the windshield. I eliminated this rattle by pushing a small soft rubber piece (dime-sized) between the windshield and the dash (noise gone)....read morehide

2010 Camry XLE 4 cyl 6 speed AT over 3500 miles on now.
Throttle moves 1/2" to 3/4" before engine will rev up and then it wants to accelerat to fast, not uncontrollable but like a rabbit starts. This will be hard on tires and transmission. I am 6' 1" and the seat could be better. Its not so much the seats but the seating position to steering wheel, leg room and your feet room. Gas economy is good at 28 mpg at home to work in the country. I think the car rides good and control of the car is good....read morehide

Let me say this the Toyota Camry redesign for 2010 makes it one of the ugliest cars on the road. Too make matters worse is the actual interior of the car.
The instrument paneling is not designed very well for the driver to be able to keep their eyes on the road as well as make a change to the radio station. The seat were way too uncomfortable as well.
It doesn't have nearly enough room for someone with long legs either!
If you're looking to buy this car don't bother! Go look at a Nissan Altima which getes better gas mileage anyways, has better looks both inside and on the outside, and offer a way better value then the Camry!...read morehide

I love this car this is my 5th camry. Do not waste your on a XLE, buy the LE with the make it mine package (Leather, BBS Alloy's & wood trim) you will save about $3,500 and the biggest difference is no power passanger seat. Love the new transmission but the fuel economy is my like a V6 rather than a 4 cylinder. If I buy a 6th Camry I will go with the V6 since the 4 does not save much more gas....read morehide

I purchased a 4 cylinder LE with JBL and Moonroof options. Overal very satisfied with the car.
I got a JBL sound system which is a major upgrade to a regular LE. I recommend it to any one who would like to purchase a new one.

I have only had this vehicle a week but I love it. I previously had a Chevy Impala (2007). The Camry is as good if not better than the Impala - more leg room in front and back seats than the Impala. You sacrafice some trunk room for this but it is more comfortable sitting and riding. The Camry gas mileage is roughly 30 MPG with the V6 engine. Highly recommend the larger engine for the open road and highway driving. No problems with acceleration. Toyota leasing is as good if not better than the "OLD" GM lease....read morehide

I might be bias because I love Toyota cars. I needed something a little bigger and wanted something with more peformance than the 2006 4-cylinder Camry LE that I had own. So I decided to stick with the Camry and just upgrade. My wife and I made an excellent decision; we are very please. The only complaint I have is the trunk space. It's smaller than my 2006 Camry, but I guess that's why my kids have more room in the back. The trunk space had to be sacrifice. Also, I noticed that when I turned the car it took more space to manuever the car (turning radius)...maybe that has to with the fact that it's a little bit bigger than my old Camry...not sure. Other than that.....We Absolutely LOVE this Car!!!...read morehide

Had '07 / '09 but find this new 2.5 engine to be much more responsive even tho still very new.
Prefer to use the great "Select Shift" gated lever rather than the {D} - 5th & 6th gearing should be locked out initially and NEVER use Cruise while new, either!
Did not find the "LE" edition to offer sufficient added features to warrant the extra cost.
Adjustable Telescoping Steering Column as well as vertical seat height feature in Camry Standard allow perfect seating position.
Fifth new Camry . . . all have been excellent....read morehide

My first Toyota.
The LE comes with cruise control, power driver seat, remote locks, and all auto power windows. You have to spend extra to get those functions on most of the other cars.
The first tank of gas averaged just over 26mpg and it covered 25% highway and 75% local miles that are shorter than 5 miles each. The second tank of gas averaged just shy of 25mpg with all local short trips. No surprises, good or bad, on fuel economy.
Acceleration is actually not bad for the 2.5L engine.
Steering are not as good as my old Mazda 626, but bearable.
Audio is okay.
Rare seat leg room is pretty good.
Plastic interior does not bother me that much....read morehide
