- rides like butter acording to my wife.easy to get in and out of .
- we think the ride and handling is just as good as other cars in its class
This car comes standard equiped where other cars in its class you pay extra for.the car handles great in winter weather, the back seat is big enough for a six foot man.

- love the blue tooth, the nav and the xm radio, great performance
- ride is a little on the rouogh side
I think this is the best value in a low enc luxury car out there. I am used to a lot bigger car so I wish it was a little bigger.

- perfect ergonomic interior, good looks, great value
- none so far
i have never been so excited about a car. this thing does it all. starting with good performance, and an unmatchable interior package; the tl makes driving to work fun for the first time. compare it to most european sports cars and you'll have to pay a lot more for a lot less. compare it to any american car and it blows them off the street. i love it....read morehide

- Great power with the 270 HP engine, audio, navigation and voice/bluetooth systems are excellent.
- Great ride, standard tires feel hard on rough roads, premium fuel required
Pohanka Acura Dealer gave me the best deal. Beautiful color selections. Every Option works great!

- Overall packaging outstanding. Totally appealing( everything) inside and out.
- Brakes are a touch sensitive. Rear suspension a little harsh.
I first saw the 2004 TL in a parking lot from an angle which led me to believe it was some custom Beamer - not an Acura ( thinking of the pre 2004 body style). When I walked up to the vehicle I was stunned. I wasn't ready to buy a new vehicle yet but after a trip to the showromm and subsequent test drive, I wasn't going looking any further. Had to have it.
My wife and I have had two German vehicles and after 70K miles, the maintenance went over the top. If the reliability and service are what the reviews and statistics indicate, this may be the best ride on 4 wheels for the money.
Audio is magnificent. Gauge illumination is terrific. Trim and interior styling & finish is as-good-as it-gets (no junk). Handling is very good. Body style very edgy. Performance and acceleration is outstanding. Navi touchscreen well done. Intuitive....read morehide

- Fully loaded performance sedan, powerful 6cyl engine, smooth ride and comfortable seating
- Limited range on small fuel tank. @18mpg I only average @ 250 miles per tank
I test drove just about every other car in this class and no other could match the combination of performance and comfort of the Acura TL. The standard features were hard to match on the other cars I checked out. Usually when comparably outfitted the Acura would be much cheaper. I test drove the Infinity G35, Lexus, BMW 3 series, even the Nissan Maxima. The Maxima was almost the same price as the Acura TL and did not have near the interior or exterior quality. I was shocked at the price of the new Maxima since it was my first choice.(I have owned a 1985, 1992, and a 1996 and loved them)
The Acura has some torque steer which can be expected from a 270hp front wheel drive sedan, but it is not excessive. The engine pulls well from the low rpm range and has plenty of torque to pass on the highway. Navigation is very nice with a large screen which is well lit and easy to see....read morehide

- Top value for the money, features, technology, and the best sound system ever put into a car!
- Premuim fuel, no fold-down rear seats, and front seats are a bit firm.
The technology in this car is INCREDIBLE! I'm not a "gadget guy," but I had to get the optional Navigation System (the only opltion)! I'm also not a "sound guy," but the audio system must be experienced. Even my old cassetes sound great. Another big plus is the manual shift feature with the automatic transmission (auto stick). This way you get the best of both worlds. The voice activation system is amazing! You basically have a conversation with your car and it listenes to you. All my friends were completly blown away by it. Very convienient when you are driving and you don't want to take your eyes off the road. Fit and finish are superb. Any other car with half of these options would cost at least $45,000 and probably not be as reliable. All I can say is it's a good think the Japanese aren't into making weapons any more or we would be in trouble!...read morehide

- Good fuel economy and love the Navi
- Needs a little more head room for us "big guys
This car is for my wife...she had not picked out our car for a long time, but when she picked this one she picked a winner in my opinion. We are both baby boomers and absolutely love the car. She gave up a SUV after owning it for almost 10 years and now I cannot get her out of the car!!

- DVD AUDIO, NAVIGATION SYSTEM, BLUETOOTH, LOOKS
- TIRES THAT COME WITH GET WORN OUT TO QUICKLY AND NO MP3 PLAYER
I LIKE THE ATTENTION I GET WITH THIS CAR. IT LOOKS GOOD AND I CAN ACCELARATE FAST ON THE STREETS. THE BLUETOOTH PHONE SOUNDS CLEAR ON THE CAR. THE STEREO SYSTEM IS CLEAR. TOO BAD YOU CANT USE DVD-AUDIO JUST YET AT FULL POTENTIAL. DONT SALE ENOUGH DVD-AUDIOS. TOO BAD IT DID NOT COME WITH AN MP3 PLAYER.
THE CLIMATE CONTROL IS EXCELLENT ON THIS CAR. I DONT COMPLAIN ON THE TEMPERATURE AS MY OTHER CARS, THAT I HAD TO TURN IT DOWN OR UP EVERY TIME IT GETS TOO HOT OR TOO COLD TEMPERATURE.
RECOMMENDATION ON THIS CAR IS GO GET IT, BUT I DONT WANT YOU TOO I AM VERY HAPPY TO BE THE VERY FEW TO HAVE THIS CAR IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD....read morehide
