- Navigation second to none. Exceptional quality
Great all around town car. Finally a Japanese car with good interior colors and styling. Very ergonomic and lots of little nice touches. Don't buy one without the nav. Once you have it you'll never go back.

- Compared to a BMW, Lexus or Mercedes this car is a good value
- Car is alittle small and is sometimes difficult to get in and out of.
This is by far the best car that I have owned. I wish that it could get slightly better gas mileage. I am averaging around 20 MPG. It's lots of fun especially once you have gottne a handle on the voice controls and Bluetooth voice commands.
It's very well detailed.

- This car gets 34 MPG on the highway! I love driving this car! Fit and finish are superb!
- I only wish the back windows had auto up / down feature as the front windows have.
I have loved every minute of my driving this car. I was first attracted to the styling and then ALL of the standard features. Once I dorve the car I was hooked! YOu can say what you want about it not being a rear wheel drive but I love the handling of the car in a corner and it rides fantastic. I had and 03 G35 and just traded it for an 06 and I still love my TL more even though the G35 is a great car....read morehide

- GPS has a great screen, very clear, love the trunk mat, ver useful
- just wish that the car had the push button start
The car drives great, a lot of power, it picks up speed very well, best selling point, fits a family of 5 and still looks sporty.

- Value for your dollar, Ride, overall design, User friendly Navigation
- Gas Milage, some fixable rattles, driver and passanger seats are to shallow, Brakes are just ok.
Love this car. I have owned my 06' TL w/ Navi for 8 months now and I can't express how satisfied I am with the acura product. To get a BMW with all that this car sports would have cost me thousands more with the most unuser friendly navi/ dash known to man. The TL rides smooth yet sporty. Very quick and fun to drive. Amazingly easy Navigation that is useful and fully supports bluetooth capabilities. I am able to search for a location and once found I can call by the press of a button. The car looks great, drives great, and rivals any euro entry level luxury sedan in quality and value.
This car does have some needs. The driver and passanger seats are way to shallow; yet acceptable. I want more seat under my thighs. The brakes are just ok...nothing to write home about and they certainly seem basic in the context of all of the sporty components this car offers. Lastly, the rattles do NOT make you feel like you are driving American they are just annoying. They are fixable once located and the service from the Acura dealers is second to none. I would buy this car again and I couldn't imagine waking up in the morning and piloting a euro "machine" after have experiencing this amazing japanese sports sedan....read morehide

- Fuel economy, navigation system, handling, performance
- None that I can think of for $35,000+
I have owned my '05 TL w/ navigation for almost a year now and have NO complaints, as so many others who've posted. I could make complaints about every new or used car that I've owned; but, what's the point - if you don't like it - get another type of car (only for those type of folks to find something else to complain about). There will always be another car that's bigger and better out there for a lot more $. My car had a rattle by the shifter; it was easily fixed with common sense and about a minutes time.
However, for your money, I think the TL is a great buy. I love all of the features it offers standard, as well as the optional navi system (which is my second Honda car equipped w/ navi system and never had a problem in either car).
The car is always "quick" and ready to go; the 270 horses have not been a let down.
No problems WHAT-SO-EVER. Absolutely love the car!...read morehide

- Handling, technology, power
- turning radius, stiff ride
Awesome car. I drove everything under the sun and this car is amazing. Turning radius is large and the ride is stiff, but you expect a stiff ride with a great sports car. No rattles in 12 months and dealer service and support has been excellent. Much better than either BMW or Mercedes, which happen to be my last two cars. Best car I have ever owned and my wife now has the MDX which is also amazing. Most excellent automobiles....read morehide

- Stand-out looks (in a good way), better-than-predicted fuel economy, excellent performance.
- Needs Premium juice, large turning radius.
In either catagory of performance or luxury, the Acura TL won't disappoint! Acura, being the luxury division of Honda, has the same quality build and materials as well as better resale value. Leather interior, heated front seats, full power front seats are all standard. The sound system is comparable only to cars twice the price. 8 speakers in a surround-sound setup with DVD Audio capability.
The TL is also a front-wheel drive car, which makes for excellent drivability in all conditions. For performance, a 258-hp V6 gets going really fast with 0-60 in only 5.9 secs, with a top speed of 152 mph. Also, the 5-speed auto trans. drives similar to the transmissions in Mercedes-AMG cars. Braking is also much more impressive than I thought it would be. Fuel consumption is far better than I expected. EPA ratings say 18/29, and I regularly make at least 16-18 in the city and 30-35 on the highway. The navigation system is considered to be the second-best in the auto industry, and the best in the $30k car market....read morehide

- Power,GPS,Ipod compatiable, Great Value,Bluetooth is great. Better then the Lexus. Great audio syste
- Door guards not standard, Ride is not as smooth as a Lexus.
My entire family own's nothing but Lexus. They are great cars. How ever, Toyota and Lexus have raised there prices. And I felt that I can get more bang for the buck with a Acura. Boy was I right. The customer service is as good as Lexus. Very Pleased with my Acura TL 06.

- This car has it all with great fuel economy to top it off.
- Wish the seat was a tad softer and the rear seats folded down.
Have driven my 05 for over a year without any problems. This car flies and has all the bells and whistles. It is a superb sport sedan and I have a firend who has had one for two years without incident (60k miles). He was a BMW owner and will never go back. The seat is a bit hard and I sometimes have trouble with the defroster (depends on the weather), however there is simply no other car I would rather be driving. It also performs well in the snow and I was in a severe rain storm recently and it drove through the downpour like a tank.
Take one for a long drive and you will be sold. Best of luck!...read morehide
