- Fit and finish quality, the ELS stereo, handling and cornering, VALUE
- Nav and some gauges due for a 2014 update, little less assist on the steering
Purchased As New
Researched many different cars from Audi, BMW, Lexus, Cadillac, Infiniti, and MB. All things considered the Acura TL was the best value for performance and features (Infiniti a close 2nd). The Black with Umber interior is absolutely gorgeous. The SH-AWD has to be experienced. The way it pushes you through a corner is a blast! Drove a 2012 BMW 528xi on vacation last month and it wasn't even close to as fun as my Acura (and probably $10K+ more). The ELS stereo must be heard to be believed. The non-surround (iPod, Disk, etc) is very, very good, but the 5.1 surround sound is amazing. Blows away most home theater setups that I've heard. Overall the car puts a smile on my face every day, and I just look for reasons to drive somewhere. This generation has had excellent reliability and resale value - way better than the Germans. If you're looking for an excellent, fun daily driver, gotta add Acura TL to your list!...read morehide
