2006 Acura TSX User Reviews
5-Spd AT shown
- $9,978 - $10,733
- reasonable fuel economy, quality sound system. manual and auto duel shift.
- road noise, no auto daytime lite, no auto door lock while car is moving. no electronic compass.
Purchased around the end of Oct., 2006. Paid only $300 above invoice with a color of choice (milano red and parchment interior). Good highway acceleration and gas mileage (34/gal), Good value for a luxury sport sedan with honda reliability.
The size of car is bigger than Civic and smaller than Accord which fits perfectly with my need.
Had some rattling noise behind glove compartment when engine is idling. It went away after driving 2000 miles....read morehide

- looks, feel, surpisingly large, easy nav, gas mileage,
- no auto headligts
Great car, looks "small" from the outside, but surprisingly roomy on the inside, I'm 6'1" and have plenty of room without putting drivers seat all the way back...easily best car in its class, competition doesn't come close, getting 27 mpg around town!!

- Many standard features, Fuel Economy, Hands free phone, Acura reliability
- Didn't buy it sooner
Incredible combo of 205hp and mpg. Too many standard features to mention. Perfect car if you don't need a big back seat. Fun to drive with sporty feel. Not quite as slick as the G35 but drove the G (sedan) and the road noise is much to load for me- and I felt cramped- and very poor mpg. Also drove Lexus and BMW 3 series- all things considered the TSX was the best....read morehide

- Decent fuel economy, excellent interior and sound system, awesome looks.
- Even though it has 200 hp, feels like what it is, a 4 cylinder.
I've had my TSX for almost a year, and no problems to report. Car comes with ceramic brake pads, virtually no brake dust on wheels unlike BMW's and Jaguars you see with dirty wheels all the time. Only thing it took me a while to get used to is the seat. It feels like you are seating in a martini glass. Other than that, car is excellent. Don't pay MSRP for this car. Bought it for $2300 below MSRP. Avoid tight parking spots to prevent dings on doors....read morehide

- The best overall package in this class
If you shopping for an entry-level luxury sport sedan, I strongly recommend to test-drive the TSX before you make a final decision.
There is no reason to waste your time describing the experience driving home from the dealer; this car will speak for itself.
The optional navigation system will add another two grand to the price tag but it's well worth it....read morehide

- Appearance, fit & finish, gas mileage, handling
- none yet
Purchased my new TSX at Metro in Philly a week ago. Got a fantastic deal at just over $26K. Dealership experience was very good. Interior is perfect with all items standard. Did not get the Navi since I really don't need it, but could see why someone would want it. Took it on a trip the first weekend and was suprised as it got great gas mileage at around 35 MPG. Handling was perfect and had no problem with power, as others have noted in reviews. You don't have to put premium gas in it either, but probably should every 3 or 4 fillups. Had absolutely no problem with the torque, as anyone who buys the TSX must recognize that it is a four cylnder, and that is what you are paying for. Hands free link and IPod jack are standard, as well as fog lights and driver's side memory. It is a great "entry level" luxury car. Xenon lights are very bright at night....read morehide

- Solid, fast, sporty and fun
- A little small- 2 adults in the back
This is the best car i have ever owned. It is put together extremely well, is reliable, looks great with a spoiler and feels like a sporrt sedan. All options come on the car only the navigation system is an option. Heated seats, leather, cruise, auto , or 6-speed...no extra costs!!

I love my TSX. We test drove the X3, Audi A4, Mercedes 240 Kompressor. Xtera, Tacoima and Tundara and the Acura is the best by far. Everything is included - leather interior, color I wanted, multi CD player, XM radio, sunroof and auto stick. Love it!
