Its basically a 4-cyl Accord with more pep, more luxury and more goodies.
Read all the statistics and magazine articles in comparing to the Accord but doesn't do it justice. Added features (exterior direction signals, better seats, better radio etc., better warranty). But the bottom line...you have to sit in it and drive it to notice the difference. Quieter than the Accord 4 cyl with more spunk to it. It has a luxury feel.
Websites noted an engine Ping which I heard after owning for a few months. But when I brought it for an oil change, I told them and they already had a TSB (mechanic jargon for computer update) which adjusted the engine somehow. In the end, the ping went away and fuel economy even improved. Thank you Acura!
Been very pleased with the ride. Door thunk when closing screams quality. Lining in trunk done to reduce road noice (which it seems Accord owners complain about).
I know they say that this car could run on regular fuel but I felt no reason to chance it. Its honestly getting 28 in mixed driving (50% in new york city and 50% in the burbs).
Last Honda lasted nearly 120k before trading in. It hurt to do it but it seemed like time to move on.
Seriously, no regrets with this car. Its been top notch. Hoping it keeps doing what its doing.
