- Although I want better mileage (11.5-12.5 mpg, it's a trade off for 450 hp at the end of your foot!
- Rember, this IS a Worldclass Exotic Sports Car which serves as a work of art when parked.
From the moment you slowly walk up to your beautiful DB9 Volante, and you've done this before, you stop a few feet away as your eyes scan the surface areas of your automobile and visually soak in the beauty of it's purposeful aerodynamically smooth fit and finish body with layers upon layers of paint so full of deep shine and lustre that it appears to float above the metal body of this magnificent and powerful precision machine. When you enter your DB9 and adjust your senses to the luxurious interior and fasten your safety harness, the new car smell of quality pleases the senses and as you press the start butoon and the finely tuned precision motor immediately roars to life, you feel a sense of power from the 450 ponies striving to move, the sensation of merely starting your DB9 and pulling out of the driveway is a sensory delight, the comfort and quality and overall sense of safety in deign and structure all communicate to me as the driver that I am in a worldclass luxury sports car that very few will ever have the pleasure of experiencing in life. The DB9 is very quck and respnsive, agile, and drives at top end speeds with road hugging ability as when driven at lower speeds with agility. First Class Beauty with Brute Force Power when needed at any speed, and again, truly a work of art when in the drive motionless. A timeless vehicle that will remain a motorized work of art throughout time. I'd like to buy one and encapsulate it as an estate art piece for my descendents in the next century, perfection before it's time if that is possible. Thats the DB9 Volante!
