2007 Audi A6 User Reviews

I just bought a used 2003 A6 w/46k miles and let me tell you, it's a dream!!
In a class of it's own, I picked it over a BMW also, like another reader did. I couldn't be more pleased with this car, handling, luxry, Tiptronic is awesome.

This car is a winner. It has everything you would want in a midsize luxary car. I am very impressed with the prefomance especially when you consider that the car gets very acceptable fuel economy (mid to high 20's). The car is not cheap by any means but when you make the purchase you feel as though it was money wisely spent.
The exterior is extremely classy and the interior is second to none (with plenty of room). I have not really used the car in the snow yet but everything I have read says it preforms very well. I have no reason to doubt this. There are no weaknesses with this auto. Fuel efficient, safe, great to drive....a great choice!...read morehide

I just bought the 2007 A6 3.2 quattro Sline and couldnt have been happier with her.
She comes fully loaded and the DVD NAV is just pure bliss since I travel alot within the gcc, though I think I have slightly overopaid for her since I currently reside in Dubai.
If anyone is thinking of getting the Audi A^ make sure you get the sline quattro and you will not regret it...read morehide

- Excellent value, great fuel economy and performance, top-notch vehicle in all aspects
- Wish the 6-cylinder were turbocharged (that would be amazing !!!)
This is really a great overall vehicle -- offering a good value and fun to drive experience with better than expected MPG. Interior is Audi's typical best-in-class. And even the MMI interface that controls most vehicle systems is easy to learn and use. Quattro AWD is also much appreciated in less-than-stellar weather conditions.
I have no complaints whatsoever about this vehicle in the 6 months that I've had it so far (almost 9K miles). It's alot of fun to drive, as well as a safe and functional vehicle as well -- very roomy interior and trunk.
I would suggest to everyone who is looking for a midsize luxury sedan to test drive the A6. It's a great vehicle and brings the best of all worlds (value, safety, comfort, performance, styling, etc.) in one vehicle....read morehide

- Minor irritant in changing radio stations
I think this car is superior in every way to the BMW 530xi. I drove the 530 for 4 years thinking it was the best in it's class, but the A6 is simply superior. The steering in tight spots is easier and it tenses nicely with a little more speed. Whereas the BMW was stiff regardless of conditiion. Driving in the city, that makes a difference....read morehide

- More Understated, but more than a competitor for the BMW 5 series, and Mercedes-Benz E class.
- Slightly rough ride, due to a more sporty feel, dependant upon the model.
Quattro four-wheel drive is excellent, amazing size, value, looks and comfort, an all-round amazing car.
Make sure, you go for the Sat. Nav. as it is definetely worth it, as it is a great system.

- Unique styling, this car is in a class all its own.
- Poor residual value, when compared to other cars in its class.
As I was looking for a new car I had narrowed my choices down to two vehicles, the Audi A6 and the BMW 525I. I choose the Audi over the BMW because of the Audis unique styling, higher horse power and the fact leather was standard on the Audi (the standard 6 cd changer also was a plus).
The controls on the Audi are a bit hard to get used to and very distracting (especially while driving), but I do not know how I ever survived in the past with out them. The Blue tooth, CD and AC all controlled by a central operating system. The car handled as well as the BMW and in my opinion, looks just as nice. All though the Audi will not turn as many heads, it is very similar in design and performance. The deciding factor for me was the fact that the dealer was blowing out the 2006 models and was offering a substantial discount, while the BMW had no incentive to purchase. All in all I am extremely happy with the Audi and would not hesitate to purchase another....read morehide

- Great eergonomics, dollar for dollar value, great add features, CD, Navi, telephone, etc.
- May be a little too understated... :)
Does not have the metrosexual with "bling" x-factor as a BMW or Mercedes, however this car was greatly understated and had great appeal. It is extremely responsive and has exceptional handling. The V6 model has the better range... approximately 410 miles to the tank when driving on the highway....read morehide
