- Pros
- Rocket power, luxurious interior, AWD traction, pop up display, incredible seating.
- Cons
- Just being picky-i would have liked a little pop out handle to lift the trunk

Have owned just about everything-Mercedes, Porsche, BMW, VW, Jaguar, Infinity, Acura-etc. This is my third Audi and nothing has been comparable. The 2 older Audis are wonderful and in spite of what others may say-incredibly reliable. Got the new one in Garnet Pearl Metallic with Beige leather-it makes an incredible statement-just plain understated elegance....read morehide

- Pros
- Looks great in and out, maximum comfort, extremely quick, extraordinarily smooth and quiet
- Cons
- No sunglasses holder, radio tones revert to default

Pretty weak cons I admit, thrush is this car is a must!
Another 'con' could be it's so tech heavy it takes a long time to master all the functions but that's not really a con, I love all of them.
I've never driven a better handling, better ride, more quiet car.
Some one complained about the storage but there is plenty of room (except no sunglass holder above the rearview mirror). Glovebox has a shelf allowing extra things to be organized, ample door pockets, plus spacious center dash storage, good size cup holders, and mid-counsel arm rest double compartment storage. trunk spacious enough too.
My prior car was a TSX, this car is much bigger but actually has a tighter turning circle, I have been able to complete many turns I couldn't do in the TSX w/o throwing into reverse.
Gas mileage could be better but it's a sacrifice for the wicked acceleration and 4 wheel drive, if you don't need that kind of quickness go for the extremely good mileage of the 2.0.
So far no mechanical problems but with the 4 yr warranty and the dealer will give a loner when service is needed, what's to complain about?...read morehide5 out of 5 people found this review helpful.

ive been driving this car less than a year and already had engine problem for 3 times. If you dont expect over heating within1year for over $50G new car, dont buy this.

- Pros
- Hwy Fuel consumption, Interior finish and appointments. Exterior styling.
- Cons
- Rear seat cramped. No Stick shift option as compared to BMW 5

Awesome exterior styling for mid size lux sedan. Interior created with a lot of attention to detail and finish. Robust feel of the body panels and doors.
Body panels constructed with lightweight aluminium thus bringing the overall curb weight down, increasing fuel efficiency. If you get the 2.0T FWD multitronic, the total bhp is lesser but cruising on highway does not dissappoint. Front seats are very good and dashboard look and feel is best in class. Rear seat legroom is compromised hence feels bit crampy. Audi has provided a whole lot of features as standard equipment in the base version as compared to BMW or MB. If the 2.0T engine would have been provided with an optional stick shift transmission, this car would have been a blast. Nevertheless, it still holds ground on a lot of comparisons. Audi was initially planning to bring in the TDi engine, this would have been a welcome addition and extremely fuel efficient considering the low body weight.
The MB 'E' series may cater to a different clientele, but between the Auto Union's A6 and Bavarian Motor Works 5, the A6 steals the show....read morehide3 out of 3 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- Great handling, superior interior and understated appearance.
- Cons
- Slow bluetooth music sync and radio start up.

Great car...Better than the Lexus and BMW I have owned in the past. Pop-up navigation (infotainment) screen from the dash is the envy of friends. Impressive highway mileage and performance at higher speeds. Love the blind spot warning on the side view mirrors.

- Cons
- A bit tech heavy for many

After an extensive search for the best performing all wheel drive car that is also baby friendly, the A6 stood out among the competition. Great leg room and my knees aren't in the dash, even with the huge baby seats of today (and our enormous b.o.b. stroller fits in the trunk). To contrast, the Lexus GS has a hump in the back middle seat, making it not so family friendly (I didn't like the ride or looks nearly as much either). The Taurus SHO is extremely fast but handles like a boat, and somehow has less interior room and very poor visibility (but the biggest trunk). The BMW 535 and Mercedes E class don't have as much leg room in the back, don't perform quite as well (but are close) and both cost more comparably equipped. Our bias going into the car search was a Volvo S80, but the rear leg room and trunk opening are ridiculously small and it should be considered the next level down in car-size categories.
The bottom line is that the Audi A6 is a burner if you need it to be, handles like a dream, looks refined both on the inside and out, and has quality craftsmanship throughout. This is a car that you will be looking for an excuse to take a road trip in. The fuel efficiency is also great - 29.6 mpg average when cruising at 70 mph. I have never loved a material object as much as I love this car. As long as it holds up reasonably well, I will never want to let it go....read morehide10 out of 10 people found this review helpful.
