  Pros Pleasing styling,great power with 310 HP engine + 8 speed tranny

  Cons Seat comfort could be better, interior too similar to A6

  Please note this review is for the Premium Plus Trim Level. The A7 is a super fast good looking car from the outside, however the interior is exactly like the 2013 A6. Audi needs to add some touches to the interior of the A7 to make it distinctive and separate it from the A6. The seats are not as comfortable or luxurious as Mercedes or Lexus seats in my opinion. I have driven the car just under 3000 miles and so far have had excellent reliability. There has been one(1) recall for a minor software fix. I was happy to find original equipment Goodyear tires installed on the car - good to see some American Made content. Acceleration is awesome - trust me you do not need a V-8 engine in this car. The starter button should be on the drivers side of the center console - not on the passenger side. Also, some bits and parts (steering wheel adjusting handle, sun visors etc) appear to have been lifted from the generic Volkswagen parts bin and look cheap and shoddy on a $70,000 car. There should be an analog clock on the dashboard. The hatchback is a great feature and works well in all respects.   Less then 1000 miles but look forward to driving. Not as fast as previous MB E550 but plenty fast. Great ride and handling. In Glacier White lots of compliments. Electronics amazing, especially Google maps nav but some quirks, particular perimeter system that only works in reverse. Al said, a great automobile....MoreHide

  Beautiful. Fast. Spacious. Intelligent design and layout. I purchased this car 25 Sept 12, custom ordered from the factory. I've been driving it for two weeks and I continue to be amazed. It's so quiet while driving that I can hear the smallest whisper from my passengers. Meanwhile, the acceleration is so quiet and smooth, that I accidentally drive 90 everywhere I go. However, if I want to feel the power, I floor it and the responsiveness makes me sink into my leather seats and imagine this is what Mach 1 must feel like. I do wish the night vision were a little better at picking up and highlighting pedestrians that are very close to the car, also that the lane assist would stop telling me to put my hands back on the steering wheel (it feels like autopilot to me, but my car keeps reminding me that it’s not). Minor considerations really. Overall, it’s a beautiful machine. People actually treat me nicer when they see me in this car....MoreHide
