My A-7, died while I was driving it out of Dealer. They gave me a loaner; that I had to put Oil; while I was out of Town. Homelink, impossible to program. Audi expects, every customer to have a degree in Computer Engineering. Controls not user friendly. Service deptt: & Support, do not seem knowlegible & are extreemly unhelpful....read morehide

CAR DOES NOT START

I purchased the car brand new, I waited for 10 weeks for it to come from Germany. 2 weeks after I had it, I was called to deliver a baby (I am an Obstetrician), and when I tried to start the car it would not start. I called Audi and they towed the car to South Hills Audi. They told me it was a battery issue. 10 days after I got it back I was called to examine a patient at the Emergency room and while driving the car, it started hesitating, and then stopped in the middle of the road. Audi of America did not even offer me a loaner car, so I sent them an e-mail explaining my problem, but they never answered. The dealership does not care about their customers; they treat you like your are nobody. I will never in my life buy another Audi....read morehide

Got the car in late May - was the local dealerships dolled out first demo. Bought the car without even driving it - the first time my salesman sold a car without the customer driving it in 37 years. Great acceleration along with great mileage on the highway - 32 on a quick trip last weekend. Im truly loving it. Not because its my newest Im Impressed from superior electronics, to the cars adjustable personalities. If in sport its like my BMW if in comfort like a lexus only connected.

Got a A7 Prestige and this is the ideal one! Powerful engine for 3.0 and very sharp pick-up, perfect ride! The maximum speed you can reach is 155 mph. BOSE sound system is fantastic. Also has very good gas mileage for its engine. If anybody says that they hate this car, I would say they are low enough to not notice this car's supreme quality....read morehide

Over the past few years, Audi has had some spotty reliability. I truly think they have changed. I have driven most of Audi's lineup and have never had one single problem with them (except the routine maintenance and check-ups).

Review:

1. The car is BEAUTIFUL.

2. MPG (at about 18/28) is very good. Keep in mind this beauty has a 310-HP, supercharged engine.

3. German comfort and luxury is amazing. The leather is high-quality, the Bose sound system is amazing, the wood is also of high-quality (not like Lexus's plywood). You can't find this luxury in a Lexus, Infiniti, or Acura.

4. The bang-for-the-buck of this car is absolutely amazing. Two of the A7's competitors, the Mercedes CLS and the Porsche Panamera are way overpriced. (At least $10,000-$30,000 more than the A7).

5. I have had no problems with this car. No rattle or squeaky noises, and no reliability issues.

Specs about mine:

Audi A7 Prestige (I highly recommend the Prestige. For about $4,500 more, you get a tilted steering wheel, cooled seats, lumbar support, Bose sound system, climate controls for the rear passengers, and adaptive headlights). Trust me, the Prestige is worth it. Also, the mocha interior is amazing with the burled walnut wood.
