- Amazing power, Quattro all wheel drive, good looks, priced right, exclusivity, a real sleeper
- Very tight cockpit, poor gas mileage, notchy shifter, could be bad for your license
WOW!! What a ride. I have only owned this car for 3 weeks and it will be long before the excitement wears off if ever. This car has amazing power, handles like it's on slots, even in the rain, and looks awesome to boot. One of the most important things to me as a car owner, is driving a car which few others posses. This car delivers when it comes to exclusivity. Rarely do I ever see another S4, and when I do, I'm usually greeted with a an acknowledgement from the other driver as if to say "Hey man, aren't we the two luckiest drivers on the road." In addition, I love what Audi did with the styling. To the unfamilair eye, it's just another A4, until they try to run up on you and are treated to a view of the S4's beautiful backside. The Recaro's are super supportive, the trunk space is more than accomodating for a car of this size, and the car is very well equiped. As for the negatives there are a few. Poor gas mileage, and for 6 footers such as myself, my right knee seems as though it's permanently stuck to the center console. The shifter seems notchy as well. Strange for a $50K car. All in all though, the S4 is well worth the money and I highly recommend it to anyone.
