Sporting a blacked-out grille, menacing lower stance and 20”, 7-spoke dark chrome wheels, the Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT S should be considered the black ensemble to Spiderman’s normally red suited, high-flying capers. Inside, carbon fiber and aluminum mix well with Alcantara trim on the seats, door panels and steering wheel. As if anticipating the resulting perspiration sure to exude when driving this Maserati masterpiece, the synthetic material is a superior choice over conventional leather.

Seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher had a hand in developing the newest Ferrari named the F430 Scuderia. Weighing a svelte 2,976 lbs., acceleration is on par with the mind-numbingly fast Enzo Ferrari. Top speed is estimated at 199 mph while accelerating from 0-60 mph takes a mere 3.6 seconds. Displayed in a gorgeous light blue metallic color with yellow brake calipers, as well as the traditional Rosso Corsa Red, the list of buyers is sure to be years long.

Mazda 6

The fact that Ford Motor Company doesn’t offer a version of the European Mondeo is certainly bad news for Ford customers in North America. Conversely, it is the best news possible for Mazda buyers. The new Mazda 6 is everything you could hope for in a 4-door sedan from the Zoom-Zoom company.

While not necessarily the most intriguing design at Frankfurt, the improved looks of the Mazda 6 provide increased cabin space and a sophisticated environment for up to five people. Judging from the vehicles on display, fit and finish look to be excellent. Coming to North America in sedan trim only, Europeans will still have an option to buy the Mazda 6 in a wagon as well.
