- A beauty that rides like a dream especially at high speeds (legal of course).
- The navigation system is done with a knob and I find it cumbersome.
Purchased As New
I love this car. I bought it new in 2007 when the 2008 model came out. Any issue I have had which is few was handled immediately by my selling dealer.
Also, I bought a 3 year extended warranty which basically covers everything except a loaner car. I have no interest in selling it and would by a new one in a minute. Love my Bentley!!!...read morehide

- Not a factor
- bad service and quality!
I had the privilege of being able to drive a new Bentley from our local area Bentley dealer for one week prior to purchasing. I loved the performance and the impeccable interior looks and quality along with comfort. However the rear tail light switch malfunctioned along with a noise with the braking system. Not to mention a slight vibration during red light idles? Dealer claimed his is normal and if purchased would look into the matter if it purists. All sounded like sign to back off and consider perhaps other options. Did my research online and by phone and found more than enough non satisfied Bentley customers both with their cars and service. This combined with my test car made me reconsider the lease and purchase a new 2008 demo Mercedes S-550 AMG. I owned Mercedes cars in the past and thought I was moving up with the Bentley at the time, Glad I came to my senses and went back to what worked best. Never had issues or service problems with a Benz especially prior to even owning it like I did with Bentley. I think the biggest problem with Bentley is VW when they took over. The hands on and built quality left the company as soon as it sold off....read morehide

- great looks, performance
- Bentley Atlanta was the worst dealership experience i have ever had
Purchased a 2008 Flying Spur in march, 2008 from Bentley Atlanta. Car had four problems in first five months (sound system, back headrest, tail light assembly, etc). Dealer could not fix problems after multiple visits. Asked dealer to re-purchase which they agreed to do, then refused. Dealer said simply in an email that they did not manufacture the car, Bentley did. So, I should try Bentley. Could not believe a Bentley dealer would provide such extremely poor service. Went back to a Mercedes S550 which I had owned for 2 years with no problems. Poor reliability with flying spur was turned into a customer service debacle by the actions of the dealer. This was not a $200k buying experience.....one of the worst ever....read morehide

- Comfort. Back seat.
Like it a lot. My second Bentley. First was a GT Coupe. I like the 4 door much more. Very quick. I still like the style. The only problem I really have is low speed tire noise. Not much of a complaint.

- an experience beyond anything I have ever imagined that a car could be
the back seat of a Flying Spur is better than anything I have ever been in for comfort. Car is so quiet you can hear whispered conversation beteen front passengers. Acceleration is breath-taking and effortless. Choices for colors etc are limitless...in short..this is the ultimate ride
