Marshawn Lynch surrounds his parked Lamborghini with velvet ropes

If you're a star running back in the NFL, you'll likely drive an expensive car. So when you come to park said exotic on a busy street, protecting it from dings and curious pedestrians will be of paramount importance. And that's why Seattle's Marshawn Lynch apparently enlists his own form of protection: Heavily armed guards? No. A set of velvet ropes. Oh yes.

Lynch is rumored to be shooting a film in Oakland, Calif., and his car was spotted by a couple of hawk-eyed twitter users. The Lamborghini Aventador is worth around $400,000, and it's not clear whether the ropes were for his movie or if this is just how "Beast Mode" rolls.

If it is, why didn't he park in a garage or hand it over to a valet for safe keeping (this might be the reason for that last part). And where did he keep those ropes? We may never know for sure, but you know what they say: If you've got it, flaunt it. Or surround it with velvet.
