2010 BMW 1 Series
There are 2 user reviews for the 128i Coupe trim shown below
- Great size, tossable, smooth engine, very composed handling
- average fuel mileage, interior materials and leather doesn't look luxurious enough, RFT's to harsh

I always wanted a BMW 3 Series in the 80's-90's and now can finally afford it. This car is the same size as the 90's 3 series, has a 230 HP straight six that is awesome, handles like it is on rails. There is room for four adults, back seat is decent size once you get in, luggage space is great, fold down seats add to the flexibility.
Only thing I would change is to make the leather softer, more luxurious like an Audi or Infiniti and to make the plastics in the cockpit match the same to manufacturers....read morehide

- A solid and tight car that performs like a dream. Good MPGs
- No oil dipstick, polarized lenses blackout stereo display

Just bought a 2008 128i with 18600 miles on it and it is aging very gracefully, Not a single squeak or rattle! I recommend the 6 speed manual transmission, it is quite possible one of the best transmissions for a car in this price range. The car is also relatively cheap to insure i am paying roughly $8 more a month then i was paying for a 2002 VW Golf that i traded in for $3000! This car is worth every red cent!!!! It is an entry level model, but it looks and feels like so much more. Be smart and buy one with a few miles on it like i did. This car cost me rougly $10000 less then new and is still under warranty for 16 more months.
--Reliablitly should not even be a consideration when looking at a car built in the past few years. The 128 is just as reliable as a Camry or an Accord, those cars are just appliances for joyless people to drive....read morehide
