- Great handing and beautiful car.
- Only a highway car; not so good in the bumpy city

I absolutely love this car; I have been driving HOnda, Toyota, and Nissan and finally decided to switch. I was definitely happy with the Japanese cars though.
I have had my 2010 BMW 328 xi coupe majoavie for about 6 months now. The ride is awesome. This is the car you want to drive in the highway; the flat tires make the bumpy city roads a bit uncomfortable though. I find it funny when people bitch about gas milage and price. Come on, it's not that you didn't know that before buying the damn car.
I think this is an amazing car to drive; the ride is really unbelievable; the car is just gorgeous.
The one thing I will say they need to work on is the damn navigation. It's really not that good. It takes you on weird routes and it doesn't automatically zoom in and out which can make things very confusing at times. Other than that despite what people say about iDrive this thing is real easy to work with and play around.
The jet fuel pump is a problem with the 335, 535, 735, and cooper and not the 28 models but it looks like BMW has a 100,000 mile warranty on it now. Also I live in the northeast and for the most part the car handles really well in the snow but I would recommend snow flat tires.
Hope this review helps people who were in my position 6 months ago....read morehide

I had a 2009 model, and I heard it's the same as the newer models. I have always wanted BMW. Right after college, I started making money and saved up for this car. Thought it would cool to drive in it, and I wanted to keep it for a while ? may be over 10 years. Boy, I was wrong. The first 6 months, I had problems with the lights front and back kept going out and maintenance lights were on all the time. Bugged the heck of out of me. Then after 6 months I had my first HFPP problem in the middle of a desert. It wasn't pleasant at all. Waited for over an hr for the tow truck to come. They fixed and 2 months later it happened again. I was driving on a freeway and suddenly the car shaked and engine light came on ? saying that i need to reduce speed. "engine malfunction"...Wtf. I didn't pay $52K for this. So for the next 2 years this HFPP problem happened to me over 6 times. On top of that I have to constantly bring it in for service on other minor stuffs. This car is the worst car I have ever owned. Finally, I decided to return it to the dealer after 2 years of bullshits. No more breakdown, unreliable German cars. I'm going back to Lexus. This car is not for people who want to own it over 3-4 years. STAY AWAY FROM GERMAN CARS....read morehide
