- great fuel economy, excellent customer service, everything at tips of hands
- nothing yet!!!
I bought a pre-owened 325xi and just love it to death. I had a 2006 Chevy Equniox and hated the thing! my husband told me I could have anything I wanted except a BMW, so the next morning I called and drove home my dream car. I drive the mountains every day and I handle the corners like I was going 25 per hr. needless to say but now my husband is in love with the beemer. I would drive no other!! customer service at the dealership is unbeliveable! had a couple of things done and they treated me like I was a queen. The whole expirence was just great! I love my NEW pre-owned car!...read morehide

- Handling, fuel economy, quality, refinement
- rear leg room
We looked at a variety of new sport sedans, such as TLs and G35s. Initially we became interested in pre-owned 330xi's. However, because they seemed fairly high priced for used cars, we decided instead to go for a new 325xi. It has new styling, is only 10 hp less than the older 330, plus it has many other new features.
After owning it for 2 months, we're been very satisified. While not fast off the line, performance is made up for by it's superior handling, braking and road feel. We had been concerned about the run flat tires after seeing some criticism on the net. However, the ride and road noise have not been a issue.
We bought this car with the premium and cold weather packages. We love all the features, especially the satillite radio. Interior layout is well thought out and the trunk is a good size. The rear seat leg room can be a little cramped for 4 adults.
We'd highly recommend this car for those looking for a comfortable sport sedan with great performance, the latest features, a good warranty and a high resale value....read morehide

- Handling and performance. Manual tranny a must.
- Stereo is a bit weak; Arriving at my destination
It took me a while to find a 325xi with the sport and premium packages and manual transmission. It was worth the wait. People who say TLs or G35s "offer more inside the car" don't understand why people drive BMWs. It's the handling and performance that matter

- Balanced package of luxary and sporty.
- Pricy options.
Tested Volvo S60R, G35 coupe and 4dr, Subaru STi, Subaru WRX Limited, Lotus Elise, and Subaru Legacy GT. The BMW 325Xi with the sports package was the only way to go. Others may have had more performance, but the BMW more than made up with luxary with sporty. I currently own a 2005 Evo 8 and needed a more everyday car. I looked at the 330Xi, but saw next to nothing for an additional 6grand. Oh, and for those of you who wonder why I chose the Evo over the Elise...I'm 6'5"...enough said. Xenon lights are a must along with heated seats (cold weather package). I know I will upset some people but the leatherette is way better then the regular lether if taken care of properly. My friend that I work with bought a 330i with leather...nothing but problems with the leather...cracked in less then a year (was treated twice within that year). Oh, the Xi has way better handling on a really curvy road....test drive both the i and Xi before going with the cheaper option. 328Xi and 335i is coming out. Twin turbo time for BMW!!!!...read morehide

- Looks, Handling, Comfort
I had an Infiniti G35X and it was no comparison to the bmw in every way. the 325 is much sleaker in and outside, and handles a lot better. The 2006 infiniti AWD loaded with navigation was 39k, i got the bmw 325xi with all options for 1k more, it was definately worth the extra grand.

- A driver's car
- Electrical systems not dependable, way too much time in the shop
First, let me say that I bought this car because I love to drive -- and boy, do I ever love to drive this car . . . when it's working.
I have had nothing but problems with the electrical system and computer of this car since the day I bought it two and a half years ago. Unfortunately, since the electrical system and computer of this car control absolutely everything, the car has just completely died on me on more than one occasion, including in the middle of I-95 in stop and go traffic at rush hour (I stopped, tried to go again, and the car just sputtered). BMW has been unable in no less than fifteen (yes, that's 15) attempts to fix all of the problems, though they have prevented the car from dying on me again (my fingers are crossed!). I still have dashboard warning lights flashing at me every so often when nothing is ever actually wrong.
In addition, the body side mouldings have come loose for no reason and the turning signals have to be replaced every few months. No, I'll never buy a BMW again, but I'll still love driving this one when it works!...read morehide

Take the time to test drive this car before you think about buying an audi i think you'll come to your senses and see what car is the leader of sport sedans...read morehide

- It's a BMW so of course all the luxury and performance you would expect --is delivered!!
- I've had it a week and it's been raining every day since. The performance on wet roads is awesome!!
I considered Lexus IS 250 and Infinit G35 and test drove both. I'm 6'4" and I couldn't fit in the IS 250 without hitting my head on the ceiling--there is hardly any head room. Infiniti was nice, but the interior controls looks like they were made in 1985. BMW 325xi with Voice Nav. and premium pkg, comfort access, premium sound is the way to go!! The drive is awesome and once you get used to the NAV system it's great. I don't like that I have to put 91 octane gas at $3/gallon in there, but the dealer told me that I won't get as good fuel economy if I don't and I could get engine noise etc. Oh well!!
The free maintenance is also a selling point. I actually extended mine to 6 years vs. the 4 /50k they offer. I also got the tire replacement option which gives you free tire replacement for 5 years if you get a flat--which you need to do on 'run flat' tires. Each tire is like $300-400 on that car so be aware that operating this car can be expensive if you're not covered and you tend to drive your cars hard....read morehide
