Love the car, though I feel like an idiot waving my foot under the back trunk sometimes as it seems like the sensor doesn't feel like opening until I get my foot just right. After test driving a volvo I loved that their Nav already had so many flags built into the map for gas stations, restaurants, banks etc. BMW Nav seems antiquated compared to Volvo in that regard, and way too many annoying steps to go through, it's like a PC compared to a Mac when it comes to BMW technology but I still am satisfied with it overall because of how it handles and looks....read morehide

I’ve owned my 2013 BMW 328i xdrive sedan for 2 weeks and undecided on if I love it or want to go back to Audi A4. This new model BMW is supposed to be better on gas at 22/33 and my last 2 Audi’s were 20/30 but for the past 2 weeks I’ve noticed I’ve gone through gas a lot faster and I drove the same amount of miles. I’ve heard new cars burn gas faster in the beginning but not sure how true it is…..does anyone know for certain?? Also, the new look of the front hood is enormous!! They changed the body for 2013 and seems so much bigger……I actually liked the more compact look of the 3 series sedans in the past. And the power button to turn the car on and off does seem to work right sometimes especially after every rain. I really want to love this car but having buyers remorse....read morehide

Love this car--had a 2010 and loved it too BUT the refinements and changes made for 2013 are astonishing-even know a 7 series owner who is very impressed with the 328xi(its handling and performance are amazing) If this car were built here in the USA--the price would drop and more would be on the road-- surprised BMW has not done this yet--this car is the best 3 series they have ever made--period!!!...read morehide

No reliability at all. About 15 mile in local driving. Many problems. $2,500 charged for 2 oil change and brakes. Poor visibility. After 30,000 mile - It really a Junk.

I bought a 2013 BMW 335i with the Sport Line trim back in September. I'm very pleased with the car so far, and I have to admit that I look forward to driving it on a daily basis. The engine is great. Put the car in Sport mode and it takes off like a rocket. It's solid on the freeway. You can tell it was designed to be driven on the Autobahn.

I agree that the auto start/stop is a bit annoying, especially when the engine is still warming up it starts kind of rough. But this problem can be easily mitigated by turning off this function by pressing the button right above the ignition. Another small inconvenience is a squeaking noise coming from the plastic trim near the gear shift #$%$. It's a pretty faint noise, but I'm planning to take it into the dealership to get it fixed when I get a chance.

Other than these minor faults, the car is awesome!

On a side note....I'm not sure how politics got involved in previous reviews, but I'm a Democrat and I voted for President Obama. You don't have to be affiliated with a certain political party or ideology to own a BMW....read morehide

2013 328i xdrive sedan is my third BMW 3. I was happy with 2002 325i and 2008 xdrive sedans but this latest model is awesome! I drove it from Chicago, IL to Toronto, Canada with absolute comfort and awesome power. Almost bought this beautiful car. Test drove car 4 times before deciding to pass it up. Loved the responsiveness of the 328ix drive, nice grip to the road, very sporty feel, more so than the MB. Cool above dash feature. Just couldn't get past the comparably (to MB) hard seats, the pretty audible engine noise, and the general roughness of the ride. I drive long distances, and this wouldn't be very comfortable for my taste....read morehide
