I bought this car new in 2003 (2004 model year). It has low miles for its age (a bit over 70K) and has been a terrific car so far. With snow tires in the winter, snow is no problem with RWD only. Mechanically, it has been very sound and I've had very little in the way of issues with the car over the years. I'm hoping this car lasts forever!...read morehide

I bought a 323Ci in 2000 and I just traded it for another brand. For the money spent, I was not impressed with the car. I took good care of the vehicle and I drive conservatively. At around 28K I started hearing a squeaking sound from the front end � it had to be rebuilt! And BMW refused to cover it under warranty, and it cost me a fortune. The front rotors warped twice � covered under warranty. The paint started showing fade spots after about a year and a half. There�s a list of little annoyances that I�ll not go into. My wife�s 95 Honda Accord has given us little or no problems and it cost us half as much! She won�t part with it!
I did like the car, but I expect a lot for a car in this category - and it did not make the grade....read morehide
