- Great sound system, great steering and braking
- accleration a little slow due to lack of power
a great all around car but underpowered if it is to be called "the ultimate driving machine"

- Handling, braking, acceleration, road feel, elegant styling, 4 years free maintenance.
- A few bugs (climate control, door lock (both fixed)).
The 330ci with 6 speed manual is a drivers car, plain and simple. Everything about it is solid and competent without being overstated. The car has many quality features such as alloy parts to reduce weight and seats that hold you in place while being very comfortable. The leg room in front is extremely generous. The brakes are massive, and when combined with a very good dynamic handling package, makes the car very safe. I have had the DSC kick in a few times in ice and snow, works perfectly. Clutch let out is smooth, easy to use once you get used to it, despite other comments I have seen - the car is a really forgiving with a manual - I once started out in 3rd gear instead of first, and the engine responded by accelerating that car (very quickly) instead of stalling. Best of all, this car has excellent road holding capability with the sports package. This looks like the last of the clean styled BMWs, pick up a 2005 before they are gone. Yes, the car had a few bugs, but this was minor in view of the whole package!...read morehide
