- Iconic BMW model, Extremely reliable, Everlasting Luxury and Comfort. Rivals 2009 models. By far!
- Obsolete Navigating system/software, pricey aftermarket updates. Premion Only. Synthetic Oil only.
Purchased As Used
I'm a BMW enthusiast, so I've been planning on buying this car since it came out. I went with the 530i Inline 6 because the V8 are inclined to more minor system failures (water pumps, etc.) and of course, Fuel Efficiency. 3.0 six is awesome for the right amount of power and daily commuter.
It rides extremely gentle (you'd think it's brand new), too quiet for my comfort (I open the Sunroof to hear my surroundings), It doesn't seem to get rough. Ever. The back seats is like sitting on a Leather couch! Power seats (with 3 set memories, including mirror position). It's all as advertised. Extremely reliable Electrical system (if not tampered by previous owner.)
Needless to say, it's a very classy car, even without all the options (Heated seats [I ADORE mine!] sound system, dimming mirrors, etc) It still feels like luxury at is best, even 6 years after it's last production year It still rivals any new average Sedan, I'll rather pay $16,000 and have luxury, class, and power with style, rather than a $30,000 2009 average sedan.
