Purchased As Used
I bought this v12 at 124,xxx miles so I can't say what truly long term ownership is like. Now it has 134,xxx 1 year later and I love the car. It feels special, rich with quality engineering. I now understand what part of 'ultimate driving machine' means, the Germans really know how to make suspensions! Good performance and good mpg IF you really try and keep your foot out of it, with really trying, I can get 23-25mpg which is better than the epa ratings of 13-20, but only on the highway. Luckily, by this mileage, previous owners have already done most of the big ticket items on maintenance and repairs, though I did have to drop almost $2k in the first 3 months of ownership. I did budget for that though, bought it at a very good price. I don't plan on selling it for a long time....read morehide
