I brought The 760Li the top model and it was the worst decision, i had a 2004 version and is much better, If you have unlimited cash, Great, waste your money but not everyone has a billion dollars. Great, half a months paycheck wasted.

I own this car for 2 years ,purchased new. just made a 3,100 miles trip Miami To N.y.
The car is amazing on the road:very stable precise and powerful.

Wow! this is really an Ultimate driving machine. i was so blown away the first time i drove it. my best friend has a Rolls Phantom. and i thought it's best. but after i got this, me and my friend had a little comparing competition. between the 7er' and the phantom. The Comfort, the driving experience. it's the best and my friend was like, OMG man this is so damn good. i mean rolls are hand made. but this one is a beast. it's even more comfortable than my rolls and got more hi-tech options,... man i'm gonna need 1 now! and the next thing you know, believe me or not, 2 days later he purchased a new 750Li. so i think it's the best super luxury sedan in the world....read morehide

A little disappointed. My wife had to have this car and now wishes she had opted for something else. Comfort just isn't what you would expect from a car costing this much. I think it's good looking, though.

As you can see, while this ca wins on levels opf size, looks, and impressiveness, it is quite lacking financially.

137,000 USD is way too much for something that is not a convertible supercar, and while the BMW has supercar performance, it just doesn't cut it when it comes to looks. Yes it's large, yes it's intimidating, but you can get better for your money.

Which brings me to my point: The car itself is a great car, but i only gave it 3 stars. because for roughly the same money you can get a Mercedes S63 AMG, A Bentley Continental V8, or a Maserati Quattroporte.

Now would you really pick the 760 over any of those?...read morehide

comfortable for really long trips (can drive for 8 hours straight)

When pushing the Car (sports mode) and turning, it feels a little out of control, a little too wild. I personally like the feeling of control, but this is a little bit wild.

Driving in heavy rain was scary, ever felt so out of control in my life, felt like driving in snow without snow chains in a SUV. (maybe it was because the car was suffering low tire pressure?) But i feel safer in my XC90 or the 2008 BMW 750 or 2002 S-class.

When you are leasing a car for this much money, i expect the floor mats to stay in place, not to slide up against the accelerator... (I eventually got fed up with my service advisor and during a road trip, ripped the floor mats out and threw it in the trash at the rest stop, due to stares of onlookers, i took it out of the trash and placed the mats in my trunk)

AM radio isn;t as good as the old 750...

Sometimes the speedometer and dashboard BSOD. or black screen of death, nothing shows up but the car is running and drivable.
