- Handling and fun factor, huge paranomic sunroof.
- Spartan interior design & material - probably goes with the active lifestyle.
I used to own Japanese cars and most recently a Lexus. At first I thought the ride was too firm, but now I am used to it and love it! You do have to put up with small problems that can arise with the BMW (like door lock malfunction etc). I think you do sacrifice some reliability for performance. Only if BMW can do better with their reliability, they would dominate the market.
A word of advice on leasing or buying: definitely shop around for the best deal. Don't go with just one dealer. Think adjacent cities. I was offered a bad deal initially, but I shopped around, and they backed down.
