- Pros
- Great ride,handles great
- Cons
- poor gas miliage
Purchased As New
We have had the car now for 7 months,no problems, great ride, handles wonderful, transmition is smooth.
I am unhappy with the visibleity,a lot of blind spots. Also we bought the 4 cylinder for gas miliage "wrong". It has a lot of get up and go I can run with the big boys, but I only get 17 to 18 miles per gallon in the city. It is a very good looking vehicle,Buick improved in that department....read morehide0 out of 0 people found this review helpful.

-Luxury Package
-Carbon Black metallic(exterior paint)
Ebony leather interior
-AM/FM/XM Radio w/Navigation
-18" Chrome Wheels
-Oversized Power Sunroof
This is fully loaded and love it. the Harman/kardon stereo system bumps all the hip hop/ rap songs i love. the parking assist helps with reversing, ground illumination is great, Memory settings for driver's seat and exterior mirrors is awesome especially when the seat moves automatically when the door opens, Xenon High-intensity head lights are great plus they move when you turn the wheels, Side Blind Zone Alert helps alot, the HUB(Head-Up Display) is a great feature, i never have to look down to see how fast im going / its right there on your windshield, Leather and woodgrain heated steering wheel is ballin, heated and VENTILATED front seats / no more swamp ass..., duel climate control, Power rear sunshade is pimpin, with the E-Z Key passive entry system with keyless start i never have to pull out my keys, the car knows me lock and unlock and start without my keys is laziness, ilove it, rims, over sized sunroof, navigation, 40gb harddrive, cd/dvd, i got everything except the rear seat entertainment bcuz i dont want my kid watching tv too much and plus theyll always want it on when driveling.
this is my dream, im 25 years old, this is my 1st car i bought and im not disappointed. i spent 11 months deciding on a car(bmw, Mercedes bends, audi, cadillac and chrysler) . quote after quote and review after review. 11 months later bought a brand new 2011 buick la crosse, and im not disappointed and its quick
down sides: -
MPG is low, note: this is a 2011, ive read the 2012s have better MPG
-some blinds spots, sometimes i cant see, its good to have the rearview camera and the blind side alert, and a bigger convex rearview mirror(helps the most)
-the transmission is really rough, shifting up or down (test drive yull see)
-slow response to the gas pedal
test drive it and buy it,...read morehide0 out of 0 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- Rear View Assist, Heads Up Display, Rear Set Leg and Head Room
- Cons
- Gas Mileage Poor In City Driving
Purchased As New
I must say Buick has come along way with this vehicle since the days of growing up in GM vehicle family household. I purchased one as a gift to my wife coming from a tour overseas in the military in March 2011. I was and am still very impressed at how the Buick LaCrosse performs on the road....a very comforttable ride The vehicle is good on gas mileage if on the highway but not good in stop and go traffic so plan your trips wisely. But overall, this vehicle has put some new faith in American automotives....keep up the good work GM!...read morehide

- Pros
- Great Comfort and Excellent Leg Room
Purchased As New
I am Disabled through my Lower Spine so Leg Room means a lot to me. I went back to the Dealer where I had purchased a 2011 Impala 9 months ago. I looked at the Lacrosse got in moved the seat back and was amazed and 8 way Power Passenger Seat where I sit.
I had the car less than 2 weeks and getting compliments from strangers on the street. I could not bring myself around to go with a 4 Cyl so have the 6 Cyl that has more than enough Power. Could not walk away and to boot the Dealer made it right with my trade of the 2011 Impala. I've own a lot of cars and this is nothing like "Your Fathers Buick" this Car the Lacrosse has it all....read morehide0 out of 0 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- Fast, smooth, comfortable
- Cons
- Mediocre fuel economy. Poor visibility
Purchased As New
I've had my LaCrosse for 8 month now and I love it. It is fast, smooth and very comfortable, so much so, that I accidentally used the Flashing Blue Light rear view mirror over speed indicator shortly after buying the car. Surprising large trunk. The CSX has LOTS of bells and whistles, to many to list here. My kids especially like the power rear window sun/glare screen. I like it too when the dolt driving behind me has his hi-beams on. This car is very quiet. I didn't realize how quiet until I got back into my mini-van... wow what a difference in ride and noise.
I do have a few negatives however... 12v aux power plug is in the bottom of the center armrest storage compartment which makes powering your portable GPS or cell phone a pain in the ***. Rear and side visibility is not very good. If you have a problem knowing how big your vehicle is, you may have difficulty with this car. If you like cup holders, you will be disappointed with this car. Two in the front, two in the back in the center armrest, which are not avail if you have three rear seat passengers. The rear cup holders are pretty shallow and don't do a great job of securing the cup.
If you are looking for a great family sedan that does not look or drive like something your grandparents drove, this is your car. If you done with the soccer mom minivan and want a grownup car that is comfortable and good looking, this is your car. If you still need to haul lots of kids and stuff, maybe you should look elsewhere - like the Enclave....read morehide0 out of 0 people found this review helpful.

- Pros
- Styling, Solid Smooth Ride
- Cons
- Too Many Blind Spots, Chrome Wheel Locks
Purchased As New
I am very pleased with my new 2012 Lacrosse. It has an excellent ride, a great style and all the bells and whistles I need to make my familty feel comfortable on those long family trips / outings. The DVD entertainment center on the back of the seat instead of the headrest is cool. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a Lacrosse to be sure you get the navigation system w/rear view camera and the side blinder sensors. These features are a must and a great help for the many blind spots this car has. Also, if you purchase the car with the chrome like wheels be sure to purchase the wheel locks elsewhere. Buick dealerships do not offer wheel locks only. They charge about $200.00 for a set of new lug nuts (20 of them) and 4 wheels locks that are not chrome to match the wheels. Buick really should offer wheel locks as a standard. Please be mindful that purchasing wheel locks elsewhere at the correct size requires a great deal of research but it is worth it because you will be paying about $12.00 instead of $200.00. Also, check your warranty to be sure you don't breach anything before making this change. GM gave me wheel locks with my truck so why not make the same offer with the cars? Besides those two things everything else is wonderful. I really enjoy this car and it has a great price and style for all it has to offer....read morehide
