- Good Ride, Comfortable, Versatrak
- so many
I like that this "suv" rides more like a car. However, after owning this for 2 years, I am ready to get rid of it.
Have never replaced a windshield in my life in a car - have already replaced two. The sunroof leaked while under warranty, it was fixed. I will not open the sunroof because of it. It's leaking again. Water comes through the Onstar speaker. The spare is a donut, and the versatrak will not work with the donut on. The car also has a problem with the middle vent in the dash, that blows ice cold when the heat is on. GM was never able to fix that for me. AFter all of my annoyances with this car - I had the biggest problem... A leaking intake manifold presumably caused by the coolant dexcool. I had to fight with GM to get them to fix that, because I am out of warranty. My dealership agreed, finally, that this is not something I could have caused due to neglect. The car is a ticking time bomb, not sure when my next big thing will go wrong. Bad car - or do I own a lemon? Not sure. Do know I will trade it in and get a non-GM car without Dexcool....read morehide

- Luxurious interior on CXL, rides great.
- Back seat folding handle seems a little flimsy & a minor rattle was fixed
This is a very comfortable vehicle. It rides like a car, has the room of a minivan, and looks more like an suv. The CXL interior is very comfortable with loads of options. The optional heads up display is well worth the price. I got a good lease rate on this verses minivans that I checked leases on....read morehide

- frwy gas mi., stereo, handling, smooth, powerful & quiet ride
- dual climate control can be choice of freezing or baking
We (family of 3) rented this SUV and took it to California only because the car I chose for gas mi. wasn't available. WOW! I'm sooo glad our 2,100+ mi. trip was spent in such comfort & gas mi.! At high speeds it was quiet and easy to drive and required only a $26 to $31 fill up every 250 mi.. It was so comfortable, 500 mi. at a time were more fun than a chore. I'm so proud of Buick for comming out with this high quality SUV. We now plan to buy one in the near future. Why the brains at GM don't advertise this vehicle more is beyond me. If I were on Jeopardy and the audio daily double was on the best overall SUV I'd bet "The farm, Alex" on this one and still purchase one even if experts say otherwise. I was an auto mechanic for a couple of years, sold cars for a decade (90's) and love asking people what they think of thier vehicles. Evidently there's a huge loyal Buick following. We can all mention Buick now when someone starts slammin' American auto makers. Go USA!...read morehide

- Ride is great, very roomy, lots of extras
- Sideview mirrors a bit too big
We have a 2005 model since July, 05. Love it very much. We did a lot of comparison shopping before picking this one. Seating is very comfortable. Has lots of storage pockets, etc. Very room and great cargo space with removable back seats. Mileage so far has been 20 are almost 21 mpg and that is mostly city driving. Looking forward to taking on a road trip. Love the radio, good quality. This vehicle has a lot of extras for being a base model. This is the 1st Buick we have owned. We understand they are very reliable. So far we have had no need for service. We really think this vehicle is not given enough exposure for all of it's features....read morehide

- I love the power and smooth ride of the 3.6liter engine, extremely comfortable. The CXL is packed
- The outside rear view mirrors are bulky, I wish that they can fold
I owned 4 other buicks over the years and they all were excellent, comfortable and safe cars to drive.I believe that my new and only SUV will do even better.I am not sure yet about the fuel economy of this car.I sincerely recommend this SUV to any one thinking of buying an SUV specially the 3.6 engine. It is far superior than the 3.5 engine...read morehide

- Comes wz loaded features comp to others similar SUV. Unique design, & seats are easily configurable
- Non so far
I think this vehicle is lack of promotion by GM. I never know this is a great suv until i checkout this suv and test drive it. End up, I bought this great suv.
I knew this suv has been around since 2002 until 2006. I did see lots of great improvement on this suv in term of others feed back, cosmetic, reliability and added power to this suv. Great job GM.
GM also should not drop this suv production line instead of further improved this excellent suv and great ideas of having the crossover vehicles....read morehide
