- Great fuel economy, Quiet inside
Bought this van on Feb 13 2006 love it. I drove a roadmaster station wagon for 9 years loved that but love this more. Fell in love with them the first time we looked at them 6 months ago. Finally found just the right one. It rides great love the DVD player the radio is awesome the van is quiet. It has great features and more bells and whistles than I know what to do with yet. We are a family of 6 and it fits well the children all love having there own space so no touching. It is a great van I highly recommend it to anyone. It is fun looking and fun to drive looking forward to the next 9 yeas of ownership of this one....read morehide

- Starting problems
Don't buy it if you want a reliable car that starts everytime you want it to. I had it for two months and it spent 5 weeks of that in the shop. I cranks to start but won't. Buick couldn't figure it out. Too expensive to have a new car not be dependable.

- NONE NOTHING WORTH MENTIONING
MY 2ND REVIEW AFTER 6 MONTHS OF OWNERSHIP AND I MUST SAY THAT WE LOVE THIS VEHICLE. i AM SURE THAT YOU CAN FIND DISSATIFIED CUSTOMER WITH ANY TYPE EVEN A MERCEDES. MY WIFE AND I USE THIS VEHICLE LIKE A CAR/VAN AND IT HAS PERFORMED VERY WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS VAN TO OTHERS WHO WANT A LITTLE CLASS AND DECENT APPEAL...read morehide

- Comfortable ride, Great appearance, Good stereo system, neat storage
- Transmission noise when backing up at times.
I drive a van because we travel alot and carry lots of clothes, golf clubs, and luggage. Last 2 vans were Olds Sillhouttes, which I liked.
I'm totally contented with this vehicle. We have XM, Onstar, chrome
wheels, remote start, and heated seats. Lots of car for the money, and it looks great. I've got 14K miles and haven't had big probs.
Had a recall on the alternator as the lighting system flickered. Had
steering wheel replaced as the horn wouldn't honk easily at all.
Overall, it's not perfect, but as close as one can get these days. I'd
recommend this vehicle....read morehide

- Good looking, plenty of space
- Too many maintenance problems
Don't buy a Terazza if you want to drive at highway speeds. Mine shimmies like crazy and the dealer can't seem to fix it. They were going to switch wheels from a 2006 but they test drove that van first AND IT SHOOK TOO!
I've had this vehicle in for repairs 8 times already!

- EVERYTHING , WHAT ELSE CAN YOU ASK FOR........
- COMPARTMENTS COULD BE MADE OF BETTER QUALITY
WE ARE A FAMILY OF FIVE AND TRADED IN OUR CHEVY AVALANCHE FOR THE TERRAZA BECAUSE WE WERE RUNNING OUT OF ROOM. GOING FROM A TRUCK LIKE THAT ONE TO A VAN WAS VERY DIFFICULT BUT ONCE WE HAD IT AND WE SAW HOW MUCH FUN THE KIDS HAD IN IT, IT WAS ALL WORTH IT. WE LOVE IT AND THE GM DEALERSHIP HAS BEEN WONDERFUL. WE BOUGHT THE 2005 WITH THE 3.5 ENGINE BUT I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE 3.9 IF IT WAS AVAILABLE THEN. IT DOES LACK A LITTLE POWER BUT IT IS A VAN AND WE ENJOY SPENDING A LITTLE MORE TIME AWAY FROM THE GAS PUMP......(COMPARE TO A TRUCK)...read morehide

- Terrible fit & finish - numerous noises in vehicle.
Been into the dealer 5 times in 6 weeks for numerous items ranging from constant rattles all over vehicle, Power sliding door that will not shut and an aggressive steering alignment problem. Dealer has been good to work with but cannot seem to fix all the problems. The one item they did fix was the door, however they put numerous creases in the sheet metal in doing so. This car has been a horrible experience and I'm simply frustrated in how the consumer is "stuck" with a less than desireable product. Do not even think about buying this vehicle until they have worked numerous issues out....read morehide

- independent rear suspention
love it, best van we ever had and we have owned Honda Odesseys for years and did not want to support Japan the mother country anymore and found a higher value in the Buick Terraza. Remote start a must a 150.00 option

- lots of features, suv look with mini van convienience and space
- heater control head short (no air!!),DVD static, brakes jerk, needed 3 tires in 2 mos.
I have had the car for 4 months and have had a mutitude of problems with it: heater control head short (still no air conditioning!!) and it is on backorder with no expected delivery date, DVD static because they forgot to install a ground wire at the factory - I had wire put in but still staticy - they don't know how to fix it yet, brakes jerk because of rust on the rotors, 3 tires failed in 2 mos. and had to replace them myself - warrenty did not cover - can't find any holes in tire - we think the valve stems were not tightened enough at the factory - so if you buy this car make sure you have them tighened by the dealer.
I love the look of the car and the amenities but would strongly discourage anyone from buying this car until they work out the problems...hopefully they will. My dad sells GM cars so I hate to say this stuff but I don't want you to have the same problems on such an expensive car. The only think GM will do for my inconvienience is send me an oil change voucher...gee thanks....read morehide

- CXL purchased has every amenity imaginable which I hope to learn and use before trading in.
- Too new to notice any cons. Somewhat too long, but great for luggage.
Unaware of the new models of cars, I fell in love with it first time I saw it. It is a luxury vehicle in every way but price compared to other luxury vans in same class, thanks also to employee discount and rebates, but overall, the comfort, esthetics, and clever technology makes a dream to own, cherish and a joy to take for a long drive to anywhere. Ideal for kids and rear passenger comfort, unlike anything I've owned in the past. I would pass it on to family before trading this one in. Thanks GM...read morehide
