This vehicle had front end vibration the first day. In shop 6 times. This vehicle has had 8 wheels, 11 tires (Goodyear integary). Plus 4 Michleins by owner, no help. Dealer has performed numerous procedures to no avail.
Since cause of vibration is not known, this can turn into a safety problem.
Vibration is hard on the entire vehicle. This could be the start of unending problems
Dealer has confirmed the problem twice, GM cannot solve problem.
Waiting for GM District Mgr.
Vehicle should be replaced or bought back...read morehide

I have had this car in 3 times.Balance the tires once.
Replace 2 tires 0nce.Replace all the tires, check and replaced 1 front
tire again.Stll the problem is there,The vibration was less but still there
They told that this was aceptable by GM and that all the van had it.
They took me out for a ride in one of thier 2006 vans and it vibrated just like this one.The shop said that was about all they could do.I like the vans ride and comfort and it would be a great van if Buick would fix it.

- Not the typical minivan look. Buick Quality in a Van. Has DVD & leather.
- The dealers do not have very many. Hard to find in my area.
I like the sophisticated look of the vehicle. Just because my family likes the conveniences the van offers, does not mean I have to give up quality, and a classier looking automobile.

- I have had this vehicle in for services more times than I can remember.
The passenger sliding door was replaced at 500 miles and continues to have problems in which the door sporadically will get almost closed and then open up again, repeating this pattern 3- 5 times. The services techs have been able to recreate the problem twice and "cleaned" the sensors so that I shouldn't have any more problems. Unfortunately this does nothing and if they can not recreate the problem when it is taken in I am told that there is nothing that can be done with it. Another problem that has recently occurred is that vehicle will have a continous and load beeping as if I am driving with a door open. I have been driving down the interstate and it will start beeping until I shut the engine off and restart. If it was not for the 2 years of problems that I have had with the doors, I would really enjoy the Terraza. But with the issues that I have had, I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone....read morehide
