I love this car...had the sedan V and moved to the coupe. A must is to upgrade to 630hp (lingenfelter), D3 lowering springs, spacers front and rear. Dealership svc kinda sucks. Old guys from old GM days still at helm...

I researched many cars in the price range of the CTS-V coupe... I am so glad I bought the CTS-V! To get supercharged Corvette performance in a beautiful 2 door Cadillac is an unbelievable experience. The price of this vehicle is very reasonable considering what you would have to pay to compete with it... Kudos to Cadillac, I Love This CAR!......read morehide

WOW , is all I can say .... I didn't think America could produce such a vehicle , but Cadillac certainly did their homework when it came to producing this vehicle. This thing will blow most of the European marques off the road , yet is so classy it fits right in at the country club or a night at the clubs......read morehide

I am still pinching myself over the fact that I turned in my '03 M3 not for another M3 but for a CADDY, and have not looked back! Don't get me wrong, BMW has been righteous in my book for may years, however, Cadillac has simply stepped up to the plate and knocked one out of the park with this one! The closest equivalent BMW would be FAR more expensive! This is M6 performance on the cheap! I am WELL PLEASED with the CTS V. Torque is EVERYWHERE yet it will drive comfortable enough to take your family to church in. If your are looking for a car with supercar performance, class, striking good looks and don't care much about gas mileage, then you owe it to yourself to see and experience this fine machine in person. There simply is nothing else that fits this bill! My God! Well done Caddy!...read morehide

This piece of cold roleld Detroit steel is the best production performance sedan, coupe, or station wagon in the world - bar NONE. Furthermore, anyone who says otherwise either has an "agenda/issues" problem or does not know squat re perfrormance vehicles.
Be it 0-60; 1/4 mile; or the Nurbergring this ride is the REAL deal! Dollar for pound, number of doors, or otherwise there is no equal zero ,nada, none. Plus, looks like a piece chiseled art deco marble with state of the art high quality interior design
and quality material.
Test drive one at a Cadillac test track, as I have and do every year, and you'll want one after driving one hot lap. You'll be signing your check after the second and will be mad as all hell because they won't let you take one home after you've finished!
Ladies and gentlemen, it is what it is and in this case it REALLY is....read morehide0 out of 0 people found this review helpful.

I have been driving this for a couple of months now and love it. I have had BMW's, Audi's, Covette (Z06). This car provides the power of the vette and the feathers of comfort that the vett didnt. The sound system is great as is the nav and aux inputs ie bluetooth, ipod,on the fly recording,xm radio. I got the performance package with the black on black color and 19 in black whell with the 6 calipers brakes. I can tell you I have recieved more looks and compliments with this car than any of the german cars or even the Z06. Its 2 door apperence makes a statment that I dont need 4 doors for the kids and family ,that this car is for the pure fun of driving it. I have no squeeks or rattles . I drive the car hard and it respones great. You have 2 suspention options , Touring and Sport. I have the automatic with the optional paddle shifter in the semi manual mode. All and all I dig it. I did a lot of research before I got the Caddie. I wanted somthing different than the run of the mill performance sedans, with a budget of around 75k. I think I found it.I looked at Audi, Bmw, Corvette, and even some lower end Porches....read morehide

Like everything about the car except the performance. I drive nothing but high performance cars, and this one is extremely disappointing.

I have to give kudo's to the Cadillac team because, this is the absolute best vehicle they make. Sadly, it's not even close to being on par in terms of fit/finish/reliability/resale/longevity as compared to our Bavarian bretheren. I know I am going to get it in the chops when a mustachioed wire rimmed glasses wearing Detroit guy wearing jorts (jean shorts) reads this missive. DUDE! I grew up in Detroit, I lived the life of buying crappy American cars thinking they were the best thing money can buy... It ain't true no more... Hasn't been this way for more than over 32 years.
So, I'll break down the problems for you and my disclaimer is: These are the problems "I" am experiencing and I am a real car guy.
First: Supercharger isolator rattles at acceleration. The first time I returned the car to the dealer they claimed it was "cheap gas". What an insult!! It was NOT cheap gas (Although I did let a few zingers go on my way to the dealer).
Second: Suspension squeeked the day I took it off the lot. It squeeks worse than a 20 year old sumo wrestlers bed and the dealer stated he can't replicate the problem...
Third: I'll just tell you. Don't use an iPhone with these systems. It's just too complicated and it confuses the radio to no end. Stick with your Nex-tel speak to talk... Works just fine.
Fourth: No spare, no run-flats but hey, I have a built in air compressor in my trunk that does a great job blowing up beachballs.
I was at the dealer yesterday bitching about this American engineering marvel (pushrod) and he told me " You shouldn't have let me talk you into it"! Classic!
You want a super powerful car that is fast, a bit weird looking and stops like nothing else? Oh, it's kind of a POS but, you're okay with that because it's an American car... This is the ideal car for you!
Otherwise, if you want a reliable, fast, cool looking car that will retain it's value? Stick with the German cars... Just my two cents....read morehide4 out of 7 people found this review helpful.
