at 23000 miles have had no issues, does great on snowy roads, good economy for AWD. We looked at several different vehicles and this was the best value for the money and the free service is a nice bonus, our dealer has been great.

There is no reason for this car to get such bad mpg. This is my first and will be my last MRX.
Ruff idle at times and cruse control varies 2 to 3 mph on grades.

Leased the 2012 SRX and have found that it meets my expectations for a crossover. Very comfortable and great looking. Enjoy all the amenities. we got the car at R.C.Olsen Cadillac in Woburn, Ma in December last year. Within a months we got 2 problems, the car vibrated at 65mph, the nose come out from the rear. just last moth i got the massage show " rear axal service" then i call the deal and drop off the car. At this time the dealer put the hugh dent on my car (cost $2000+) to fix it. The dealer denied to damage my car.
The funny thing it, the owner of R.C.Olsen Cadillac dealer has the camera, but he refused to let me see the camera when i drop off the car. He says ' i bring the car like that, but you want to see video go get your lawyer'...read morehide

Takes some time to get use to the blind spots,but after that the vehicle is a charm. Cadillac did a great jpb with this vehicle. Looks and rides great for an SUV and on top of this, got a great price.

Air noise around rear hatch. Rear view camera and screen is grainy, picture quality is very poor.

Overall, it's a nice comfortable car. I'm getting 22-23 mpg in mixed city/highway driving on "regular" gas. Other than a few quality issues (air noise around rear hatch, rear view camera and screen quality is very poor, grainy), no other complaints.

LOVE this vehicle. I have owned just about every make and model of every luxery vehicle out there both foriegn and domestic, (BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, Chrysler, you name it, I've owned it!). I just love my new SRX, performance, looks, comfort/design, and the fact that it takes regular gas is a huge plus. I am convinced that Cadillac is the best made vehicle out there. Love, Love it!
