Pros Can't think of one
Cons In order to operate it one has to take one's eyes off the road too much!

I have owned nothing but Cadillacs since my 1963 Coupe de Ville, so I'm a senior citizen now. My business was one of the first completely-computerized court reporting agencies in Chicago, so I am not completely computer illiterate, but this XTS makes me feel as though I am.
Glove compartment doesn't hold even the documents provided with the car. Trunk lacks the side compartments that my traded-in DTS had. HUD in the windshield, as well as all of the buttons on the steering wheel are too distracting. On the second day after I took possession, the glove box wouldn't open; had to leave the car with service for two days. Last week when I selected "audio" on the touch screen, the "climate" control came up. I couldn't return to the "home" screen to correct this. When I got to the car wash, the engine wouldn't turn off; had to fiddle with that for several minutes before it would. When I went into the building to prepay and got back to the car, I found the doors did not lock automatically as they should have, and the car was left unlocked while I was gone.
I remember after I bought and drove the first Seville Cadillac manufactured thinking that was the worst, most unreliable car they ever produced. This one is on a fast track to being even more unreliable. I have no confidence in this car at all....MoreHide

Have taken the car twice to Hilton Head no problems. So far I love this car its my wife's she just lets me drive. All in all well pleased with the car. Lots of space....MoreHide
