Purchased As New
I bought this truck new last August - the last new 2012 on the lot. I got it mainly because I loved the ability to drop the midgate and haul stuff or keep it up and have the feel of an SUV. It has a very comfortable ride, not at all like a truck. I like being able to put things in the bed, keep the cover over it, drop the midgate and A/C what I have stored in the bed (like live animals). Although I don't plan on towing much, the towing package will come in handy for moving kids from one apartment to another. The only thing I am not enthusiastic about is the Active Fuel Mgmt system. It seems to take a second to kick in when I try to accelerate fast. On the other hand, for steady highway driving I like that it will shift to 4 cylinders to save fuel. I have 18K miles on it and get an overall MPG of 17.
Overall, I LOVE this truck and all the configurations I can set it up for. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. I just wish it wasn't being discontinued!
