- Great fuel economy, very roomy, plenty of power, quiet, very sharp looking, affordable
- a little bumpy but it's a truck, speaker system could be better, no passanger light on mirror..
My first new vehicle and I love it!! I read the reviews that after 1000 miles it started to shake like a cement mixer, well i'm at 1,300 miles and it rides the same as when i drove it off the lot. I have a 2005 reg. cab 2wd LSz85 Colorado. I'm 6'2" and it is more than roomy for me. I test drove the extended cab also, but liked the reg. cab better for some reason. I have the 4 cylinder 2.8 engine. I told myself i would never buy a 4 cylinder, but it feels and moves like a small 6. Plenty of power and alot of get up and go power. Great on the highway, i think i get around 23-25 miles a gallon on highway, it's great on gas. THe only problems i have with this truck is that it sounds like a 4 cylinder, no big deal cuz it is one. Also they could have put two more speakers in it or placed them better. I have the 6 disc cd changer in it though and it is great. And finally, it's more my girlfriends problem, there is no light on the passanger side vanity mirror, she was pissed cuz my old car had one...Chevy, if you want bonus points from the women and to help us guys out, they love that light on the mirror...bring it back...I LOVE MY TRUCK and got an extremely great price on it. Buy One, and also mine is the dark cherry color, I've gotten soo many compliments on the color it's great!!...read morehide
