Bought truck and next day noticed that one side of truck was 1.5 inches higher than the othertook it to dealer and they did nothing they told me thats just the way the truck is. So I called GM direct and they told me the same thing, that they couldnt do anything that the truck was within manufacturers specs. So I took it further and filed a complaint with the BBB and Dept of Consumer Affairsand still GM didnt want to help. Well, after all the hearings and arbitrations both Depts ruled in my favor and ordered GM to fix problem (note: none of the GM technicians could find the problem with the truck being uneven) it wasnt until the BBB sent out an independent Auto Tech found the problem(found that front springs were not even in length). So to all the people thinking about buying this truck or a GM product in generaltake it from me, once you drive one of their vehicles off the lot, youre on your own, they dont care about you! So, as soon as the truck was fixed I got rid of it and bought a Toyota!
