2004 Chevrolet Blazer
There are 2 user reviews for the 4-Door 2WD LS trim shown below
- Looks sharp, seats 4 comfortably
- Terrible fuel economy, noisy on highway, CHEAP plastic interior panels & seat adjustment handles
Purchased As New
This is my second Chevy that i've bought brand new. I had a '97 S-10 5 speed with a stick and the sucker ran like a top for over 150,000 miles with practically no out of pocket cost for maintenance other than tires and oil changes. The same can be said for my Blazer, but I am not happy about a few things. I only have 66K miles on this card and it is 10 years old, so I know i'm not the norm in that respect, but i've always had problems with it idling 'roughly' from time to time, I get terrible gas mileage (highway AND city) and I just don't like how damn cheap the interior is: both my door panel and my seat adjustment are broke and this is on a vehicle that for years I barely drove due to me frequently being out of town on business. With that said, I like the engine. That Vortec sounds pretty sweet when you start it up and i've talked to alot of people that know cars and trucks that speak highly of both this engine and this car. Bottom line- no car is perfect. I paid in the mid 20s for this thing and it is still going relatively strong and I get compliments all the time on how sharp it looks and drives (obviously the low mileage gets much of that credit in my opinion), but I just don't like the terrible fuel economy and frequent check engine like #$%$. If anyone has been in my boat with this car or a similar product (like the S10 which is almost the same 'car') let me know, i'll be happy to share my experiences/problems with mine....read morehide

Have a 4 door blazer 2004 when you let the tailgate down the windshield wiper fluid leaks out. have taken it to the dealer and they
put a new part on, but it stilled leaked. they called the chevy. people and they said it was a designer flaw. I know a lady and she had a
2000 or 2002 with the same problem, Don't you think that in 2004
this designer problem would have been fixed. When you pay 18,000.00 to 19,000.00 on a car I think that flaw would have been fixed. Now I hear they are not going to make the Blazer any more.
wonder why, so I may have to get ride of mine because the parts my
