2005 131000 miles when purchased. All around a great car. I had a 2004 Neon SXT and loved it so I have another car in the Cobalt class to compare it to. Being in the compact class this car stands strong, with power, the 2.2 has no problems with hills or getting out into traffic like other small cars where some tend to fell under powered. Looking at the dash you don't fell like your in a cheep compact car, silver trim gauges and driver info center make you fell like its nicer than the average compact. Actual "real world" gas milage I would say is above average for the class, I would say in town, two lane hwy, and interstate mixed average for my Cobolt is 30 - 34 MPG, with 80% of my driving being in town and two lane hwy. Overall I cant find anything to complane about. Im a "car guy" and when I review a car Im bluntly honest, if your thinking about a small 4 door, go test drive a Cobalt, you may be as surprised as I was. I enjoy my car a lot and its a pleasure to drive short trip to the store or hour trip across town, once I take a good road trip in it Ill update my review
