Can't beat the Corvette for value - power to do what's needed, great looks, well built - and it's iconic and never goes out of style.
Had my first one for 14 years, only problem were the headlights, new model has stationery lights, so hope that's not an issue.
Just bought a new one, love it so far - had to get used to no key and more electronics, but hey, welcome to the new world.
I'm a 70 year old woman, always had German cars, but no dealers in the area I moved to years ago - the Corvette has any German car beat - sorry I didn't discover them years ago, but probably couldn't have afforded one in my VW days....read morehide

Looked at Porsche. The Vette presented a much better value.
I have owned previous Vettes, and never had any problems with them. Little known secret: Porsche has had ims/engine failure issues in the past, and although I am sure they have rectified those problems, I still feel that Corvette offers a much better car for the money....read morehide

Love the power, looks, ride, 6 speed, color, fit finish, BUT
little things keep going wrong, Dealership had problem changing the oil! Trans and hand brake problem. This is on a 3K car. For a upper 60K car should be no bugs.

i have had the car since oct 2011 and drive it every day, took it sking and yaaaaaaa what a car, smooth and powerful, on moountain road that is very very twisty, speed limit 25 i did 45-53 on most of the way up and down, great fun. some people let me pass them on the two lane road.

I love my Carlsyle Blue car omg its the ice blue and it is the best color ive seen in a long time . on a nice hiway you feel like your floating , its fabulous, its responsive , i mean it does what you tell it to and fast. and the compliments and looks I get ,,,,I simply love my Corvette!! I am in California so it is my daily driver and thats fine because the gas milage is good too
I am aware it is a hi profile prestige vehicle , but i never bought my vett for this .I bought it for the thrill i get from driving it ...it gets me out of bad spots and into safety ..i think thats the best thing about it . In any other car there are times you cant ract fast enough ..and this car keps you out of those situations be cause its fast and responsive. i love it.....read morehide

I ordered a 2012 3LT GP in Carlise Blue and it took 6 weeks to get here from the factory in Bowling Green. Options included Cashmere interior and chrome wheels. Carlisle blue is awesome and a one year color in honor of Carlisle, Pennsylvnia vette show every year. Huge tires grip the road and keeps the tires from spinning (at 500 a tire I want them to last). Touchscreen Navigation (standard) works nicely. I love that I can control my Ipod through touchscreen on the car. Real headturner and I'm really happy. Car is tightly put together and dealer was outstanding in helping me get what I wanted. Dual Mode Exhaust sounds super bad. Love the car....read morehide
