My 2003 Suburban Z71 gets better gas mileage, averaging about 16-18 city. This Equinox averages about 10-12 city. The starter sticks, so vehicle doesn't start sometimes. I have read the nightmares about replacing starters and transmissions, so I am already looking to sell this thing. Some of the dash lights don't work. It is what to expect from a typical domestic vehicle. I have had almost no problems with my 2003 Suburban and it has more miles.
