- Pros
- Totally satisfied with my purchase.

I bought my used HHR with 9,000+ miles. I am crazy about my car! It's sturdy and reliable. My first week of ownership, I drove from New York to the Carolinas in absolute comfort and without any problems. The only "con" is the somewhat reduced driver visibility which I solved by purchasing a "blind spot" mirror. Its distinctive styling is sexy too....read morehide

I traded in my Saturn an opted for this over a minivan. So far, I am pleased with that decision. All 3 of my kids were too big for my SW, this was a great upgrade. Looking forward to our 1st road trip.

I have a 2009. I took it on a trip after I bought it and got 32 mpg. It rides great and I love the cargo room. I am 6 feet tall and I have plenty of room. Come on Chevy, dont stop making this little ride.

I own 2 Chevy HHR's, a 2008 LS & a 2009 Panel. My wife and I love these cars, why can't Chevy ask the users what they think before discontinuing them. I bought them because they quit making Pontiacs, my wife and I each had a Grand Prix, no wonder people end up buying foriegn cars. What's next Chevy??? I'm tired of being a loyal GM customer, looks like I may have to check out Ford....read morehide

- Awesome on mileage, great interior/exterior, comfortable, rides like a sports car!
- Cons
- I wish they made them with 4x4.

I had a Honda Civic 2002, bought brand new, and my HHr rides smoother than the civic. It's also great for camping, and drives through the hills around Mt Rushmore. I love my car!

- Cons
- adequate power but not too sporty

Love the car. Everyone who sees it thinks it's cool. Friends love it. In spite of the size it's comfortable to ride in- I'm 6'-2" tall and have some hefty friends... Handles like it's glued to the road. Quiet cabin, tight with no rattles or squeaks. Convenient and versatile, can haul enough tools and supplies for small businesses while still being enough of a personal vehicle that it can perform either function without looking out of place....read morehide

- Pros

- Cons
- Blind spots take getting used to.

I downsized from a 2005 Dakota quad cab. Much better mpg with comfortable seats yet still sits higher than the average car. A plus for me since I'm disabled. I chose this over a compact SUV since they weren't so compact and sat too high for me to get in easily, but with as much cargo space for trips or a wheelchair. The rear hatch is easy to open too. Nice sound system and a driver info center to keep track of tire pressure, etc. So far (2 months), it's exceeded my expectations and runs fine....read morehide
