2004 Chevrolet Impala User Reviews

- Good power, great ride, quiet, comfortable and extremely well-built.
- Limited color combinations available with Sport package.
We bought a 2004 Impala LS with the Sport Appearance Package after shopping a number of makes and models. This Chevrolet was as well-built as its Asian competition, or better, and it has a longer track record of trouble-free operation. The JD Power plant quality rating says it all. The car has no squeaks or rattle, straight door, hood and trunk gaps and a very solid feel. Slam the door and you'll immediately sense it, too. But it's on a features-per-dollar-spent scale, that the Impala truly shines. Try to find an Accord or Camry with a V-6, leather interior, heated seats, traction control, ABS, 16" aluminum wheels, 200-watt CD stereo, dual-zone climate control, oil life monitor, low-tire pressure sensor and more features than can fit here for less than $25,000 out the door, and you'll see what I mean. There's a reason GM has sold over a million Impalas since the car was reintroduced in 2000, and all it takes is a spin behind the wheel to know exactly why. A great car, a great price and a great deal more.
