- Just plain fun to drive. Handles very well for large size.
- plastic trim piece under front bumper makes it tough to park when cement bumpers are 4" or taller
I wouldn't exactly call this car a chick magnet. You don't see many younger people like myself (mid 20's) driving Impalas. But I must say that my friends and colleagues were all impressed with the car, especially after riding in it. People are so impressed with the vast space, comfort, and quality of the radio. Friends are fascinated by the scrolling text on the FM Radio. I absolutely love to drive with the moon roof open and the windows rolled down. Every time my sister gets in the car she comments on how smooth it rides. I think the car handles extremely well. I like that it doesn't have jerky starts and overly sensitive brakes. It does have the power to get up and move when you need it though! Impala has an impresively tight turning radius, and the ability to stop on a dime. I would reccomend this car to anyone who is looking for mid-large size sedan. It's no wonder that several of the local Police Departments are replacing their patrol cars with Impalas. My parents like my Impala so much that they are looking to trade in what they have for a new Impala. Its a great car! Get one!
